She got very lucky in finding LAURA. Laura is a very new employee but for a young woman, a seasoned veteran of the makeup wars. She did a phenomenal job if applying the correct types of makeup for skin type, tone, issues, walked our friend carefully through the application processes, recommended primer, foundation, brushes, etc., answered a zillion questions from all three of us, ran around to help us all select proper colors for blush, lipstick, etc., and was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable about products for skin types, etc., as well as demonstrating the patience of a saint in dealing with 3 lunatics.
