I called immediately to get it rectified, only to be told that "Dave had to call me back" - within a "couple of days". I said that I had never consented to having me credit card on file. They said that, if I had ever made an appointment on line, it was on file. UPDATE: Dave just called, and was rude from the outset. He said that since I didn't give enough notice, I was charged. He was so rude and arrogant I just hung up on him. There is no notice about this fee - $82.50 folks. Lots of turnover.

My regular salon closed during covid so I had to find a new one. Was looking for a gentle perm and cut... only a couple places in town even do perms ‍. Kayla got me right in within a couple days and she did an amazing job! So hard to trust new stylists but she made sure to talk everything through with me before doing anything (which is surprisingly hard to find!). She did a really cute perm with two different size rods and alternating directions in order to make it look natural and cut it to a pixie style exactly how I wanted. She was thorough and very gentle on my hair, which I appreciated since I just had a baby 4 months ago and am currently in the "shedding" phase. Go see Kayla, you won't regret it!
