My hair stylist was Charity and she did exactly what I wanted -- even after I box-dyed my hair (I know, I hate me, too ). I went in not knowing what to expect and Taylor gave me an absolute BOMB A$$ haircut and Brazilian Blow out. She even pointed me in the direction for the correct product to use in my damaged hair. Ridiculously overpriced for a color and cut. I don't particularly like sitting down in a salon chair and being asked "how much are you looking to spend?" You've seen my hair and know what I'd like, therefore it's not an arbitrary number. Don't widely ballpark prices and then wind up charging me the higher price afterwards. Probably should have left at this point. Color was ok. Cut was also ok. I've decided to continue my hair color maintenance at a different salon in town, I can afford to spend money on my hair monthly, but I don't appreciate feeling price gouged because a stylist asks a bunch of personal questions and determines at the end of the appointment that I can afford the top end of the price spectrum. Didn't exactly feel very good about the interaction here. Won't be back. read more

I am currently visiting from out of town and needed a hair cut and color desperately. I was able to get an appointment fast, which I so appreciated! I saw Kayleigh and she really took her time to listen to what I wanted. Everyone at the salon was so sweet! During Covid, you can only come in when they are ready for you, no waiting in the waiting area. They clean each station thoroughly between clients and there are only a few people in at a time. I felt completely comfortable and safe. The salon is also really nice! They have done a fantastic job with the decor. My hair turned out amazing, just how I imagined it. Everyone was very kind and welcoming! I'm not very good at explaining what I want as my cousin has done my hair since I was a preteen. Just moved to the Spokane area and booked an appointment here. The color I originally wanted didn't pull through like I wanted because of me adding lowlights into my fairly blonde hair so it toned differently than I expected. It was beautiful just not the tone I was going for. It was late so I called the next day to ask if it could be fixed and they offered me appointments over the next few days to come in and talk. I got there and we chatted and it was nice to not feel like I was a hassle or complaining. The owner was very kind and even helped mix a new toner and get the warmer color I wanted at no cost! I booked for a color correction for the brassy, chunky highlights I received from a different salon, because the 2000's called and they wanted their hairstyle back! I requested the booking through their website and they promptly responded via e-mail. My color specialist was Jamie S. and she did an amazing job! Jamie is wonderful. She cut my hair for the second time today and did an excellent job again. She takes her time and genuinely cares about the outcome. I have a hard time letting anyone touch my hair and I was kind of difficult and didn't know exactly what I wanted and she worked with me and I'm very happy with how my haircut looks. They completely ruined my hair when I went in for getting it colored. I went in for a consultation, showed them the color I wanted and they said they could do it easily so I decided to go with them. I wanted an Auburn like Emma Watson for an idea, but first, they somehow accidentally only dyed an inch of the roots Ariel red none of the rest of the hair (the woman doing it clearly had no idea what she was doing, the owner came over and said she had said an inch of dye in the bowl and the employee thought she meant an inch of my hair). After the owner saw said she would fix it, I was ready to cry. She then dyed my hair purple instead while still leaving blonde at the bottom even though I said I didn't want ombré but she thought that looked better. It was awful. They wouldn't refund my money but she said they would "try again" in two weeks so I had to live with purple and blonde hair until I went back and just wanted it all to be the same color brunette, I didn't trust them to do anything at that point but couldn't keep the purple. Later, I found out the red they used on my roots was permanent dye and this is now a year later and you can still see where that dye was. I spent hundreds on my hair to fix what they had ruined. They clearly had no idea what they were doing. I would never recommend this place, it was a nightmare. read more

I'm so happy to have found a top-notch salon in Spokane! I saw Mandi for a haircut and she did an A+ job - literally did everything I asked for in terms of the length, layers, and style at the end. One unique thing I enjoyed is that she didn't drown my hair in 10 different styling products like I've had happen at other salons. After the wash and cut, she simply used one hair oil (that smelled amazing) before drying and curling my hair. This allowed me to leave with light, bouncy hair that wasn't bogged down with product. Because Mandi is one of the owners, I expected to only see her for maybe 10 minutes during the haircut and to have a different employee washing and styling my hair. But, Mandi spends 100% of the time with her clients! She literally spent 90 minutes with me from start to finish, and nobody else touched my hair. I left feeling like I got way more than my money's worth because of that. I can't recommend this salon enough. It's clean, the staff are warm and professional, and the service was wonderful. read more

I highly recommend this place even to the pickiest of us. I was having a bad hair day and just couldn't wait for a haircut any longer. Mandi, one of the owners, took me as a drop in even when she really didn't have an opening. She didn't rush though. She took her time and did a great job with a sincere focus on communication to ensure I got what I wanted. I was so pleased I made a color appointment for two days later. I went in today for the color and again these ladies impressed me. My color was experimental and turned out a little darker than I wanted. I was going to make another appt to lighten it up a little but Mandi pulled me right back in the chair and took care of it on the spot. She stayed late, past closing, on a Saturday night and then didn't want to accept a tip. The service here is exactly what I've been looking for and I'll recommend to everyone I can. read more

I was able to make an appointment for a same day haircut and was promptly seen by Michelle when I arrived. I brought a picture on my phone of what I wanted for reference. Michelle gave me a great cut and style that looked exactly like I wanted. My sister-in-law was able to get a same time appointment as mine for color and cut and had a short wait before a stylist was ready for her. Mandy helped her make flattering color choices while Michelle gave her the cut she was looking for based on a reference photo. While we were there, all of the stylists were very friendly and offered us drinks regularly. They were very busy with a steady stream of regulars they knew by name. The salon was clean and inviting. I went there due to a recommendation from a friend of mine, I was very nervous because my hair was butchered from the last time I got it done (different place) They were able to get me in the next day when I called to make an appointment which was very accommodating. It was super easy to find and parking was not an issue. The whole vibe of the salon was very welcoming, friendly, and relaxing. They offered me a beverage and everything started right on time. Taylor was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Super nice and knew what she was doing. I showed her 2 pictures of what I wanted and she was able to do exactly what I had in mind- my hair turned out better than the pictures I had. Because Im new to short hair she even took the time to show my to get the style I want. I'm very pleased and walked out feeling more confident than when I walked in. Michelle did my cut and did it way better than my normal salon in Arizona did it and paid almost twice as much! She really took her time and I was very happy with the results. I have really thick hair and my past hair cut made my new short do look weird. So she knew how to thin it out without changing the style drastically! I walked in after a long day during my vacation in Spokane and was greeted by the gal at the front desk. I asked if there was by any chance time to fit me in for a haircut the same day. She asked a different stylist if she could do it around 5 and low and behold I got in! I grabbed one of their salon menus and sat down in their waiting area. I showed up there at about 4:20 and while reading through it I saw what time they closed and then I felt bad for popping in right before they closed. Salon Dolce is amazing!!! The staff if friendly, easy to talk to, and they make sure your comfortable. I am not from here I am just going to school and needed my hair cut, styled, and highlighted. I was anxious about the highlights but the moment I started working with Cristina I was put to ease. She asked all the right questions, made sure she had the tone right and everything. Needless to say she took her time and did a better job on my hair and highlights than I have ever had (and I'm from LA where every hair salon is "the best"). I would definitely recommend coming here! You do pay for the quality though, just know that! If your looking for a cheap fast cut, probably dont come here.
