Their signature dish is the Arabic Shawarma, which is similar to a chicken shawarma, but cut into bite sized pieces. I'm a bit wary when it comes to chicken shawarma as I usually prefer beef or lamb, but they did do a good job here. Slight bit of dryness in the chicken, but their garlic sauce more than made up for it. I believe Ramallah and Baraka are both slightly better shawarma places than here, but Les Saj is definitely an excellent option if you're in the Polo Park area.

Admittedly this is the first time I've ever had a donair! I know there are better places for donairs (Baraka...someday), but I enjoyed what I had.
