My younger brother got his car towed for a bullshit reason, but the fact that his car being a hybrid needed to be over $100 more to get out of the impound yard was a complete racket! His window was open a quarter of an inch and they wrapped his window is tarp for an additional $48 -- keep in mind that there was ZERO rain in the forecast for the next 72 hours. In order to get a jacket from the front seat since it was 45 degrees outside he had to pay $560+ JUST to get the jacket. Tony Soprano didn't run such a scam/racket. have used them three times in the past couple of months! great communication, kind drivers, and reasonable prices, imo. prices start at $125 for the truck, then $5 per mile, and an additional charge for fuel, if i remember correctly. always gave me a good estimate, drivers came ~10 minutes earlier than when they stated. my first driver however ripped my side-skirt off, assuming from the tow straps. just be extra aware if you have a low/modded car! otherwise i would absolutely recommend! read more

If I would have had more time, I would have gotten the drivers info. We were parked and in our car at a gas station and this driver parked his truck behind our car and proceeded to lower his bed to put a car on. We were sitting in the car with the car on and he completely blocked our way, parking his entire truck directly behind us. After my husband got out of the car and asked what he was doing, he started yelling back cursing and saying that we should have paid attention, this ensued an argument with LOTS of cursing and F-You's. He would not move and we were going to be late. This driver was completely in the wrong and he should be ashamed of himself. You should be warned not to use this towing company. I'll be calling the company to express my displeasure, doubt they will care to do anything (like the driver) but I'm going to anyway. I was able to 10 point turn my way out only because there was nobody next to us but got no help from him. He kept right on doing what he was doing while yelling expletives!! I need my beloved GTI towed 24 miles to Manassas to my tuning shop, and I was quite pleased on how well Mike respected my ride. My car is lower than stock, so this was my concern but he brought tow ramps and it went up on the flat bed with ease using my tow hook. He drove the speed limit, and we dropped my vehicle off allowing me to finally exhale. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a towing company. My son was in an accident yesterday and due to the fact that he was unconscious when the Loudoun county sheriff ordered the tow. After my son was discharged from the hospital, we went to get the car out of the tow facility, this woman said anything and everything to delay us from picking up the car. The fee to tow was $150.00, plus $35 processing fee, $100.00 storage fee for three hours. First she said the car may not be drivable and that we should leave it there until it was determined to be drivable. Or we could pay them a towing fee to my house. She said well the driver side passenger window is broken but we put a plastic covering over it and charged us $35.00 for that. Then she said if the cops see that they will make you bring it back here. We were still determined to take car and said we would take that chance. The she asked if we lived in an HOA neighborhood and I said yes, she said they will tow the car if they see the plastic cover over the window. I said we will park it on the street and put a car cover over it. Seriously? I reported them to my insurance company. Stay away from this company. read more

Our experience with Blair's far exceeded expectations! At 2:00 am the wheel came off my daughter's vehicle while she was driving it. Not only did Josh respond quickly when LCSO called on our behalf, but everything he did after that made the experience as positive as possible under the circumstances. First, he recognized that we were fortunate not to have more damage, and towing the vehicle improperly could have easily made things worse. Every decision Josh made was about protecting the vehicle and ensuring no further damage resulted - both during the tow and after he brought the vehicle back to his lot. When dealing with the insurance company and the garage that may have been responsible for the accident, Josh and Lauren were both concerned at every step of their involvement with ensuring the vehicle was protected from more damage and that we were being treated honestly. I appreciate that Blair's responded promptly to the request, and kept me updated via text as to the status of the tow. The best thing, though, was that as we approached my destination, Chris called a taxicab for me, and then did an astounding thing. Earlier this year I had a car towed from same address and was charged 75.-Loudoun Towing. Today I just paid the dealer recommended tow company 75. plus 3.25 per mile for a 6 mile tow bringing it to 96. Crazy!! I will def not use this company again. read more
