He only worked 3 hours a day over the course of the next couple of days. He billed an overly inflated price and my insurance company said it was ridiculous. I repeatedly asked for an itemized invoice so the insurance company could review. He continually provided lump sum line items and would not communicate with my insurance company at all. He constantly threatened me with legal action when I was only trying to get detailed information in order for my insurance to pay. They paid him about 60% of his bill and he's refusing to provide me with any more information in order to get him paid. Just repeated threats! Very unprofessional!! Price gouging at the core!
