Outstanding Law firm!! Quick and personal responses. Down to earth, tell it like it is in black…read moreand white. I have personally dealt with many attorneys in my career, and the Gibson Law group rates at the top. They explained every step and handled the fine details without constant oversight. I highly recommend The Gibson Law Group and will continue to use them also.

Hired The Gibson Law Group (Gibson Herod Law) in July 2025. Complete nightmare…read more After my retainer ran out they set a $500/month plan, then unilaterally raised it to $1,000 without my written consent -- even though the retainer agreement requires any change to be in writing. Clio emails confirm the increase. They also switched my payment profile to a card I never authorized and kept trying to auto-draft $1,000 after the judge had already signed their withdrawal order on January 30, 2026. When I asked for my complete client file so I could prepare for trial, they acted cooperative, then filed a collection lawsuit against me the same morning. Their office manager later claimed multiple times that "everything was sent" while key work I paid for was missing. David R. Gibson served as Judge of Dallas County Court at Law No. 1. He resigned effective December 4, 2001, in lieu of formal disciplinary action by the State Commission on Judicial Conduct. The year prior, he stood at the center of one of Dallas's most public judicial ethics scandals. In July 2000 he recused from a multi-billion-dollar Yahoo case after his own divorce lawyer swore he solicited a bribe from defense counsel. The same case included a public pleading that he had traded rulings for sexual favors. He left the bench rather than face the Commission. He still brands himself "Judge Gibson." Treat the title accordingly. Stay away from this firm.

Review for Law Office of Leonid Murashkovskiy, P.L.L.C…read more If you're looking for a divorce attorney, don't even think about hiring Leonid Murashkovskiy. I met with Leo before hiring him and explained my entire situation. He told me it was a very simple case. After I officially hired him, I submitted all the required paperwork. On 01/14/25, we received an offer from the opposing attorney with a clear deadline of 01/25/25. I called and texted Leo repeatedly--but he completely ignored me. He didn't respond until 02/17/25, and when he did, he sent an unrealistic and useless offer that was never going to be accepted. Throughout the case, I asked him multiple times to properly calculate everything and just divide it 50/50. Instead, he kept giving me vague and dismissive responses like "it doesn't work that way," without offering any real strategy or results. Of course, the other side rejected his offer. Then, on 03/05/25, the opposing attorney sent him a formal request for production with a 30-day deadline. He ignored that too. His lack of communication and inaction forced the other side to request mediation--something that could've been avoided if he had done his job. Despite all of this, every time I reached out, he would respond with "everything is under control," which was clearly not true. Even now, I have no idea how he expected to go into mediation with no proper paperwork submitted and no preparation. However it doesn't matter now since I terminated his services. In my opinion, Leonid Murashkovskiy is not only a bad attorney, he is completely unprofessional and negligent. He lacks integrity, follow-through, and basic communication. He should not be allowed to work with clients. If you're looking for a divorce attorney, stay far away.

He was very forthcoming about what options we had, what we should do, and even put me in contact with someone that was knowledgeable for real estate to help us move past where we were at.
