I would never recommend anyone to them in the beginning it was all fine of course before they got their payment, but as soon as we paid that's when communication got lost Dereck did his job BUT MARK DOES NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS OR PHONE CALLS... it is very frustrating i understand we aren't his only clients & he can get busy but not responding to multiple calls & emails is unacceptable especially in our situation... i wanted to update my original review but it's no longer up. My advice for anyone thinking of using this firm is to do so with caution. I was in a desperate situation and trusted Derek to process everything correctly. DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE!! Important loans that should have been re-uped (mortgage and auto) were NOT. He says he sent the documentation in, lean holders say they never got them. I asked for tracking numbers and received no answer. Now, I'm paying on loans that I'm getting no credit for and the only way to fix it is to refinance... which I realistically can't do this soon after a bankruptcy... esp. since my credit isn't reflecting my payments. My recourses are limited. Don't make the same mistakes I did. read more
