This is what I love and this is what we do".... what they do is TAKE MONEY AND RUN SHE HAS YET TO RESPOND TO MY MESSAGES. She was hired for a move out cleaning and pretty much just wiped down SOME windows and cleaned the bathrooms. DIDNT SWEEP MOP OR WIPED DOWN THE COUNTERS OR TABLES She said my house was already clean when she arrived but I did not realize she would really just leave it as is. She gave me an estimated time of 3 hrs and left after 1.5 hrs she REFUSED to do a walk through and instead opted to meet me at a local business. I had to leave the house since I needed internet access. Here I am spending another day 2 hrs away from my new location CLEANING THE HOUSE SHE WAS HIRED TO CLEAN. I tried to get in touch with Carolyn before writing this review but she hasn't replied to my calls or messages since yesterday.

I was quoted $220 with a $30 connivence fee since it was last minute. I agreed to the price and was told they'd arrive at 3:30pm. The employee didn't arrive till after 5 and after a strange encounter was told it would only take him an hour (which I thought was odd). I come back to the apartment to find him outside on a phone call - I paid the man and once inside the appliances were cleaned but my floors still looked like how I left them. It was dark and it had been a long day of moving. This morning I got a better look at the apartment and it was the worst cleaning job I've experienced. The counters weren't wiped down, my fan blades were still dusty, the blinds were still dirty, the floors were never mopped or swept, the list goes on. I contacted the owner to give her a chance to resolve this and she offered to come back on Wednesday to clean. I declined because I no longer have access to that apartment since I moved out. I was looking for a partial refund and was met with "I'm sorry you had a bad experience - I'll make sure to train my employees better". If you're looking to get ripped off I would say they're the people for the job. A $20 refund was offered on a $250 payment for a $80 quality job. I hope no one has the same experience.

Deandra and Jonathan were prompt, quick, and thorough. We were scheduled to meet at 8am but i was 10 minutes late. When I pull up, they were already cleaning the outside window and the front door. AMAZING! I highly recommend them and will definitely be calling them for future cleanings.
