I'm a mom, I'm the primary caregiver for a disabled family member, I work full time, I'm finishing my MBA, and I have two kittens, a dog, and several snakes. I continuously operate on limited sleep, lots of caffeine, and more things than I can complete on any given day. I hired Sparkling Clean to do a deep cleaning of my house. In less than four hours, they cleaned more than I would have been able to in a month and did a more thorough job than I would have done. They also removed shower stains that I was beginning to think were permanent. Ultimately, from the moment they walked in & until they left, they were cleaning. They were considerate of my limited (and in some locations NO) chemicals requirement (due to pets and allergies), they all made a point to pet the dog, and they found all the cat toys that I thought were lost forever. All around - they are pet approved. Now that it has been several days since they've been here, I have noticed a significant drop in my indoor allergies. I am absolutely going to have them come out regularly for maintenance cleanings. Especially if you are a working parent, have pets, and/or are too busy to keep on top of everything, I recommend hiring them to take one task off your plate. I needed a deep clean for my house. Due to some health concerns of my hubby and myself, I am not able to do sustained housework. Overall, the house was done well. The oven, cupboards, floors, carpet and bathrooms. The "family " arrived on a Saturday morning. 5 members and each had their own assignment. Work was completed in about 4 hours. So all was well until I got gnats and bugs in the house after dark. So today I went to check the windows. Found the screens were not replaced correctly. Then I saw that nothing was clean. See picture. This job was left to a teenager to complete. However he apparently fell off the ladder and did not complete his work. By far this is the worst experience I have ever had with any business and this place deserves 0 stars. I'm still shook and shaking by what just happened today. I just wanted some light/touch up cleaning. Helen told me that she has a team of professionals. I didn't know that Helen wouldn't be coming to do the cleaning and would send some underaged kids and one adult who seemed to be the grandma if not mistaken. I opened the door and showed the elderly lady what I had wanted. She stated the place already looked clean. I had to run some errands. I got a call from Helen when they were done. They locked the house and had left. As soon as I pull in with my vehicle I saw that the blinds weren't rolled all the down way which struck me to be odd. As soon as I walked in, I automatically went to go lower the blinds and fix them and I discovered that a blind was broken. I'm in utter disbelief for the lack of respect of property and the poor handling of the blinds. I called and texted Helen right away to tell her that they broke one of my blinds. After I walked to the other window in the dining room I discovered they broke another second blind. Helen told me that she would find out what happened. She called me back and accused me of lying and said that the blinds were already broken which is beyond disrespectful and a boldface lie. Helen cannot even make that false claim and deem to it be true as she wasn't even there, I was and NONE of the blinds were broken. She stated that he was cleaning the blinds and they just came off. Try again, they didn't just come off you broke them! I didn't just wake up and want my property to be vandalized and have two broken blinds by what I thought was a trusted business. This is now another headache that I have to deal with. As Helen is yelling at me over the phone and accusing me of lying, a boy in the back is repetitively yelling, "Pay us you WHORE!" When I confronted her via text that I didn't appreciate being called a whore she blatantly lied that nobody ever called me a whore. How does one just make stuff up like that? I heard loud and clear a boy calling me a whore numerous times. I cannot believe I'm so disgusted by this treatment and lack of respect in all aspects. A few years back I had wanted someone to do a move out cleaning and the property was in no shape or form in a filthy condition whatsoever. I had hired Helen. Helen came and later texted me that my house was filthy. She left my house unlocked and just left. If I had known this was the same lady I would've never hired in the first place. Please save yourself from the heartache and stress that this business can cause you. Instead of Helen apologizing for the destruction caused by her team, she is telling me she is taking me to court and making false claims. I cannot believe this is even happening. There is no sense of accountability whatsoever. I have full proof that the blinds were not broken with pictures that are time stamped and dated. You don't truly know the real colors of someone until something goes wrong. In the moments of when wrong is done to a customer, the way the business owner handles the situation is vital and the reality comes out. Helen is not equipped with the proper tools to handle customer complaints and take proper mitigation measures. From this experience I'm 100% sure that Helen will not make things right if God forbid something goes wrong with you. This happened to me, this can just as easily happen to you. Like I said, once I get a bid for the repair of the two broken blinds, I will pay the remainder. I cannot suffer the loss due to the damages caused by your team. You are responsible for the damage. You don't get to just destruct property and expect a full payment. read more

Helen and her family cleaned my house for 15 years, they did an amazing job‼ Very disappointed to hear anything negative being said. They cleaned my slate shower walls and lemon oil polished them weekly, steamed my microwave, vacuumed the upholstery, wiped down above and around the door jams, base boards. They went above and beyond every week, and cleaned things I wouldn't have thought of. I've had Helen clean for me a few times and I think she is nice as a person and does a good job cleaning. With that said, the second to last time I asked her to clean, her crew was two hours late and included teens (Helen wasn't there). Helen never contacted me to say they'd be late. I searched and called a ton of cleaning services and nothing compared to what Helen offered. I experienced another house cleaning service once prior to having Helen and was very disappointed. Helen's deep clean service was awesome. Having 3 young boys and working full time, I need help doing the not so everyday cleaning. The floors where the furniture is, bathrooms, doors, fans and cabinets always needs that extra TLC. Just as I asked, that's exactly what Helen focused on and of course more. I had booked a deep cleaning with Helen, I was very disappointed in her lack of scheduling. I booked with her almost 2 weeks in advanced and telling her I was expecting my child in May and wanting to get a very nice cleaning before my baby shower, I was very unhappy waiting over a hour without her arrival at the time we agreed to. I sent her a text asking if we were still on? She totally for got about our appointment! and to me and im a bussiness owner and I live my life on a schedule is very unprofessional I was going to give her and her company the benefit of the doubt to redeem herself and try to make it right..
