My tenant noticed grass growing from the front of the house over the garage where there are no trees. Today 4/10 we noticed the exact same weeds growing from the same area and when we took a look this is what we found. It is apparent to me that when they cleaned the roof the first time they didn't clean the gutter as promised in their quote. I've been calling and messaging them all week and get no response. If I don't get a response by the end of this week I will take legal action. In the meantime stay away from this company as they don't honor the services they provide. Total rip off.

Within a couple of months, the moss started to grow back. After first rain, two of my drain pipes were clogged and gutters were full of the debris Felipe pressure washed from the roof. I contacted him and Felipe told me he had a bad batch of the treatment and that other people had the same issue. On that call Felipe agreed to come back and treat again and then clean the gutters. NO SHOW! NO CALL BACK! GHOST. Felipe has blocked my calls and takes unprofessionalism to a new level. Do not use this cheater and do not give him your money for sub-par work.

Some insurance companies have been sending letters requiring homeowners to get this done, and after looking at our roof we figured we'd better get ahead of the letter. I met with Chris (the owner) and he was great throughout the process. He's doing a lot of work in Folsom because the moss is going crazy here for some reason. His team came out and started with the roof... and oh my gosh... the amount of stuff that came off our roof was stunning, like maybe two ten gallon buckets of moss and crud (first time cleaning in 30 years). They cleaned the solar panels, then proceeded to power wash the entire house, and all the concrete front, back and side yards. Everything is cleaner now, and worth the expense. I checked with other companies too, but Cali offered the all-in-one bundle that left the roof, screens, walls, and concrete looking great.
