All steaks were cut at angles with bones in places not expected. T-bones didn't resemble t-bones. Sirloins had bones going through them sideways. No ribeye had the eye. They were cut off and nowhere to be found. Cut and quality of steaks we received are impossible to grill. We tried and can't chew it. Not even a great white shark could. I've never got a chuck roast with wide, narrow long bones in it. Briskets were cut thin and tough as the sole of a shoe. Anything we've tried to cook has been a complete disappointment. Only way to eat any of it was to smother it for hours. Some had to be tossed out because there was no hope.
