Professional, friendly, fast and efficient. I inherited a big rolltop desk from my parents' estate. There was no charge for someone to come out to look at the desk and give an estimate and a date. He left me feeling confident and assured. Then I got a reminder call 24 hours ahead of time. On moving day, the crew of 2 showed up right on time and got to work. When they got the desk into my house I realized I had underestimated its size, so furniture had to be moved in order to place the desk in a better spot. So, when my wife and I decided to move... the thought of carrying boxes up and down a flight of stairs at my age... well, it sounded about as appealing as eating rocks. Well, let me just say... now only did the Yelp review confirm that using Blanchette's moving was a good pick... I thought they were as professional, helpful, friendly,and CARING as you can get. Mark, one of the movers... not only talked to me and my wife any chance he could get... he was funny, friendly, and just plain nice. They were SUPER fast and VERY efficient... having moved our entire house in about 4 hours. And the price was VERY affordable as well... well worth the investment. I am expecting an overweight item to be delivered that is too heavy for me to carry up a flight of stairs. Its not oversized, just overweight. Easily a 1/2hr job. They have a one hour minimum of $140. Okay, fine, I can pay that. I asked them if I could schedule it toward the end of the day to ensure I had the package ready.
