They put me at ease then, and were not judgemental in the slightest, making me feel welcome and that they cared about my comfort. And they did a good job with what was needed in addition to the friendliness. Cut to a few years later, and they're just as welcoming and kind as they were then, too. Which I feel is particularly of note since between then and now, I've come out as trans and started living as the woman I've long wanted to be instead of the guy I spent most of my life stuck as. They didn't bat an eye at it when I let them know in my email, and when I showed up in the office, they were all smiles and already calling me by my preferred name and pronouns, even though I've not yet had a legal name change. I should have written a review back when I first visited their practice, but I'm definitely doing so now just in case others who might dread going to the dentist know that Kind Care is a very good choice where you don't have to worry about being nagged or berated.

I came in needing an emergency crown replacement before a big move, and they managed to scan, print, and seal my crown all in ONE day, plus squeeze me in for a cleaning. I was blown away. The clinic is spotless, modern, and welcoming. And they're open on weekends -- yes, Saturday AND Sunday! That kind of flexibility is rare and a huge lifesaver if you're in a pinch. Special shoutout to Dr. Kendall Fraser, who was absolutely wonderful -- calm, communicative, and explained every step so clearly that I never felt lost or anxious. A previous dentist kept replacing a crown that would keep just falling out. Trying a few other dentists, I experienced overly exaggerated treatment at the sight of good insurance. Dr. Ryan and staff were extremely punctual, honest, courteous and very considerate regarding my commute. Not to mention top notch work on my teeth and I was so comfortable that I took advantage of other services that they offer. By far the best dental experience that I have ever had.

The staff is super sweet, they're all very funny and they really do care for their patients. I can't remember their names but the really pretty black lady in the front office with her coworker at the time (i don't remember his name either but he had kind of dark hair) did so good at making me feel welcome and comfortable. they completely turned everything around for me. when i was taken back by this other really nice black lady(she was my favorite for sure, she had the jokes) talked me through everything and she helped me through the rough part when i had to get the bone grafts. I am definitely a child when it comes to dentist work and they totally understood that. I didn't feel nervous, i didn't feel scared, and i actually will be going back for more work when i can. But I go for cleanings every 3 months. I have been to 5 cleanings so far with this office and EACH TIME there is a different hygienist doing my cleaning, and most of them I did not feel was a good cleaning. If I wanted to have a different person cleaning my teeth each time, I would go to the DDS school and be a practice for a student. Thats what I felt like each of my cleanings were. Moving here from Palm Beach County Florida and trying to find all new everything from Doctors, to DDS etc was huge. I became concerned after the 3 visit noticing all new people, but now it is the 5th and final time. I have a new DDS lined up already. My old DDS down south I went to for 8 years and only 1 change in hygienists. Not sure why this office has a revolving door of hygienists. Also they billed me for the cleaning AND a $10. PPO ADJUSTMENT? I mailed them a check for the cleaning, but not sure why they are adding on any adjustments. Watch your bills carefully.
