My daughter also comes here regularly for her mani-pedis. The salon is very clean and neat and nicely arranged. They have a good selection of nail polish colors in stock always. Today I was very pleased with Emily and Rosie, who I request each time I go. Both of them are top-notch in doing a great job on your nails. Emily did my finger nails today in lavender with chrome over the top. They came out beautifully. Rosie did my pedi with the same colors to match my nails. Thank you, ladies. I love the look! It comes off with regular acetone and doesn't weaken nails as gel products do. It lasts for at least two weeks. Maria is fantastic. She is an expert at Dazzle Dry products, is bilingual and also does waxing and other treatments. The spa also has manicurists who do regular and gel manicures, but my go-to person is Maria for the Dazzle Dry Nails. I've never been happier. In addition, she is a joy to speak with and I go there just to chat if she doesn't have a customer.

Yerailis got rid of layers of cuticle, left my regularly polished nails looking like a gel manicure! Where other shops rush through the polish, maybe missing a corner here or there or a leave behind of polish on skin, Yerailis carefully detailed each nail after each layer of polish -- I feel pretty confident that this regular polish will probably last me longer than usual because there aren't any cracks or crevices for water or wear to sneak into. While I was getting my pedicure, a large brown roach crawled across the platform, I said to my nail tech: "do you think we should let the receptionist know about the visitor?" She laughed nervously and said "it's disapppeared now we will handle that when you get out of the chair." The lack of urgency and complacency was concerning to me, it signals to me that they have those large roaches often and may or may not be doing anything about it. To make matters worse I looked to their waxing room, and there was another large roach laying dead on its back. In addition to that, a health inspector walked into the salon as I was leaving. This may be routine, but it did raise additional red flags, considering the roaches. Overall, the pedicure itself is mediocre, nothing to write home about. The foot massage was great! Probably the best part of the pedicure. Joyce did great on that. After reviewing their price menu, I was surcharge an additional $10 on the $55 pedicure (making my total $65) for some inexplicable reason. Would I return or recommend this place? Not at all. The greatest irony is on the door of the salon, the logo reads: "Sanitary and safe" that should've been the first sign there for me!
