The Embassy Bar & Grill is a motorcycle themed bar with great burgers and appetizers! I stopped in for the food on the way back to the Twin Cities and I wasn't disappointed. In total, we ordered 5 appetizers. They were all great. There were a lot of choices but in the end we went with - fried pickles, jalapeno poppers, friend pepper jack cheese balls, a giant pretzel, and French fries - yum! There were lots of burgers to choose from too. I was in the mood to try something different so I went with the peanut butter burger. Again - yum! We had a few drinks too. Our bartender also doubled as the cook. She was awesome. The motorcycle theme is okay. But I really LOVE the vintage cartoon mural painted on the brick wall above the back bar. It was painted in 1953 and it's entitled "minktracks". The back of the menu outlines the history of the mural and tells you the names of the cartoon characters...very cool!!! Thanks for the good food, the cold drinks, and the great service! -Daddy Maxx Retro

Just arrived in Saint Peter for our anniversary weekend. Stopped here for a beer and relaxation. Friendly bartenders and quick service. Sometimes when coming from out of town to local places you can feel out of place and what not, but not here! Very welcoming. Decor is awesome and has a lot of character! They have a lot of specials on food and drinks. Didn't try the food but looked at the menu and seems to be a lot of options which all look delicious. Tried the Root beer barrel shot...only $2 and it was yummy. Will be coming back to this spot before our trip is over.

Is there a delicious bloody mary in my hand and a "hot chick" on my plate? Why wouldn't there be! Embassy bar is the place to go where you get great service, great food and an enjoyable atmosphere. Being an out of towner (California girl) it's hard to find a place that embodies good food, good booze. Thank God for this gem!!

Ventured here for lunch and it was a nice day out. The interior is pretty dark and divebar like. We…read moreshould have sat outside, but we decided to be inside. They had some nice lunch specials but none of them caught my eye so I had the chicken taco pizza. It tasted fresh and that's exactly what I needed. It was served with sour cream and salsa and topped with lettuce, tomato and olives. The other 2 in my group got the lunch walleye sandwich with chips and the avocado chicken sandwich (she normally always gets a burger). They both said it was ok. I was the happiest with mine. We also shared onion rings and they were decent.

I had read the Chicken Parm was good and luckily I paid attention! I did ask for extra sauce and…read morethere was p l e n t y especially for the pasta underneath. The sauce was rich and flavorful, the chicken cutlet crunchy on the outside, moist and yummy on the inside. There was lots of gooey, melted parmesan cheese. So good. The garlic "toast" was disappointing. It was spongy, soft, and had zero flavor. I couldn't even save it by scooping up sauce because the spongy texture was off-putting. This entree comes with a side garden salad and I ordered the blue cheese dressing. The dressing tasted like mayo with no hint of blue cheese. On my third bite, I uncovered a dead, slimy, rotten piece of arugula and that did it for the salad. Ugh. I definitely recommend the Chicken Parm. Maybe after this they'll tighten up their salad greens and wrap the toast separately from the entree.
