Really clean restaurant and bar! Very friendly service and the menu looks amazing. Unfortunately we just stopped in for a drink during happy hour. But I'll be back to try some of the amazing sounding choices in the menu. The prices seem very reasonable. Most impressive- the sparkling clean bathrooms!

Came here because we had the drink passport and we wanted to give it a try. I've heard that their pizza is their claim to fame but we weren't in the mood for pizza so we both chose burgers. The food was decent. Except for the garlic cheese sauce that I added to my fries. That was very "sysco can" feeling and it wasn't very good. she really liked her beer and I really liked the sour I got, it was almost like a smoothie. We were basically the only people in the place and our server kind of acted like she was annoyed she had to serve us, but the service was good despite that. The place feels a little run down, older carpets, ceiling slightly discolored, and kind of a weird table set up throughout the place. While we weren't over the moon with our food, I think we'll come back again and try the pizza!

Turtles is a staple for playing bar games! We've ate here multiple times too & it's always good. They have beer specials often & always have a good crowd of people for a night out!

Stopped by turtles for a drink and dessert and really enjoyed ourselves. We ordered the ice cream Sunday and it was a huge portion and reasonably priced. It hit the spot on a warm summer night. Plenty of seating available inside and a nice patio space outside. There is free street parking all around. Our server was very nice and checked in on us often even though we only had a couple beers and the ice cream. Great little local place!

We usually get Turtles takeout when we are enjoying a beer at Shakopee Brewhall just down the street. The last time I ordered Turtles, I was having difficulty using their online app (prob user error) but since it's right next door, I just walked in and ordered. We got a pepperoni pizza. Not sure if they make the pizzas homemade there but it was pretty good. Great patio diving. They even walked out order out to the patio for us.

Nice after work place HH specials are quite nice Good for the beer geeks While this is not the best beer bar in the Twin Cities, it is definitely in the first tier and maybe as high as number two overall. They have 27 on tap I think and most or all of them rotate to something new once they tap the keg. They are Untappd verified and have a board and a badge. The trifecta! This place is a little off my beaten path, but it is not too far of a drive from work. For out of towners, it is close to Valleyfair, Canterbury Downs and Mystic Lake Casino. Easy to get in and out for happy hour for under twenty bucks and be pleasantly full. Their pizzas are super cheesy and super good. I had the chicken strips tonight which were solid - whole lot of meat. Give it a whirl. It's slightly divey, but not that deep.

We were in town for a tournament and wanted to try a local place. When you first walk in it smells like wet dog. We were here on a Sunday around 11 and it's very apparent that they did not clean the night before. The carpet has food and napkins and the booth was disgusting. Food was mediocre and the buns on the burgers were twice the size. I gave it a 3 just cuz I feel bad and service was good.

However today has caused me to give O'Brien's one star and believe me if it were possible I'd give them -1. I was supposed to meet six of my friends here today for St Patrick's Day. Our car got struck and we did not arrive until 1 1/2 hours late. We were so late that we would have just had a drink had we known there was a time limit on the table BUT our waitress, Addison 8, did not mention this and took our meal order leisurely. Just after we were served she announced to the table that we all had to leave in 15 minutes. I said I assumed it did not apply to us as we had not even started to eat. she told us it applied to all of us. She told us if I was not happy about this I could speak to the Manager. I told her I would like to. then she said I could speak to her instead but I told her I wanted to speak to the Manager. No Manager ever materialized. I probably will never go to this restaurant again. I know times are tough and I don't object to time limits on tables BUT if a customer is very late the least a server should do is let them know there is a very limited time left for them to eat BEFORE they order $70 worth of food and drinks. I will be sure to mention this matter to my friends and as I have stated i will make sure I give my other regular restaurants the business I gave O'Briens. '

I came here during the football night just to see what this place was like. Like $9 for a plate of fries and there's nothing special about them . Apparently they had a beer special too so i was excited about that. I had some non-alcoholic beer that was featured which is a great thing for them to have. I didn't realize that when I got my check that each drink was $9 each which is the most I've ever paid for a non-alcoholic beverage regardless if it was on a special or not this is like Los Angeles, California pricing! This is just a typical Bar and Grill establishment and I personally think there's no reason for them to be charging these astronomical prices. We dined in at Tavern 4&5 with a large group to celebrate a birthday. Reservations were made in advance and our table got seated quickly upon arrival. Similar to any tavern, the dining in experience is laid back and casual. You do not need to be dressed up by any measure to eat here. The menu is robust and I had a difficult time choosing as every item sounded great. A few members in our party had been here before and recommended the Thai chicken lettuce wraps off the appetizer menu and they did not disappoint. It was very fresh and I could tell it wasn't sitting under a heat lamp. We ordered the Candied Bacon flight to share; the menu listed the bacon flight flavors (whiskey jalapeño BBQ, roasted chile brown sugar, honey mustard, 4-pepper blend) and the 8 large, thick slices looked inviting but we had no idea which pieces were which flavor. *Management Suggestion: Get little toothpicks or flags so diners know what they're tasting!* That said, while I tried two pieces I thought looked good and I enjoyed them, RC munched through them unaware they were different flavors, lol. My take: they were ok. I also ordered the French Onion soup as I love trying different restaurants' take on it. Five stars for the soup, it was absolutely delicious. A thick piece of crusty bread topped with melted cheese that dripped over the crock topped rich, delicious caramelized onions and just enough beef stock to be able to call it soup. Banging. For our mains, RC ordered ribs with a side of Buffalo Brussels Sprouts. The ribs had good flavor but were definitely not fall-off-the-bone; more like saw from the bone. We both love Brussels but the beef-tallow fried sprouts with Buffalo sauce and caked in melted bleu cheese crumbles were not good. If you don't like Brussels, you might like these because any sprout flavor was overwhelmed by the bleu cheese. For my main I tried the braised Short Rib Ravioli, generous ravioli in a very rich cream sauce then topped with (I think) bacon, mushrooms and tomatoes. I ate one raviolo and it wasn't for me. I thought the filling was bland and the sauce didn't meld with the flavor. I didn't eat it, the manager came to apologize and ask if I wanted something else, but RC was close to finished and I declined. Good on them for taking it off my bill without me asking. Service was five star, atmosphere nice, although the huge flat screens everywhere were a distraction lacking sound or captions. The bourbon selection looked great and I momentarily wished I could try some! :D
