When you go to the salon they make sure it is very sanitary and clean. They where very clean they made sure to have you wash your hands. They are very sweet. My first time going was November 7th of this year. A friend brought me to get my lashes done for the first time. I was not disappointed! Three weeks later they were almost completely in tact still. I honestly could have gone another week without having to get them done again, but I wanted to treat myself to fresh ones for the Holiday. The next time I went, it was for a mani pedi, and this was 4 days after my first visit because I was so pleased! They did an awesome job with both hands and feet. Unfortunately my nails were a little too long for work so I had to cut them myself about a week and a half after getting them. So today, after I got my lashes redone, I got a new full set as well. I am SO HAPPY! They're honestly perfect, Sarah is a perfectionist. I am as well, so there were a couple times I mentioned fixing something, but she said, "Don't worry, I'm not done." With a smile. Totally respect her dedication to making sure everything was perfect! So excited that I found my new place to treat myself a few times a month, when In reality, I would only treat myself once a year! I AM SO HAPPY! I called to see if they had any openings for a full gel set - they fit me in 45 minutes after and I'm so happy they had the time to. She took her time despite two walk ins coming in while I was in the chair. My nails are all perfectly shaped with my nail bed, even lengths, and smooth from cuticle to tip. I haven't been 100% satisfied with any salon I've been to within the past few years and I'm so happy I found this one because now, I definitely am. read more

Not sure if this is how things are done in CT salons but being from out of town this was an interesting experience. 1) my appointment was for 1pm, I wasn't attended to till 40 mins later. During this time no one apologized for the delay or told me to hold on tight. 2) I started my service and was again left unattended for a while until I moved to another seat. 3) while in the new seat the lady was on the phone and seemed to be taking out her frustration on my nails and hand again no apology. 4) my pedicure was okay no complaints even though when I reminded them that I was getting one they seemed upset (because they were understaffed). 5) while I was there a customer was complaining about some nail polish on her toes and asked them to clean it before she left. It seems like they thought she was lying and it took a while before they cleaned it and she left. When she left they started discussing her with other customers, I thought this was very tacky and unprofessional do this when you get home NOT with other customers. 6) when drying my toes I noticed my that all my nails were rough and uneven. When my toes seemed dry I got up and asked another lady to file them for me and to please check if my toes were dry. 7) she filed my nails but didn't check my toes- she said they weren't dry and that I'll need to go home with the paper slippers they give you. This must be a CT thing because usually they put oil on your toes and wrap them in plastic wrap. So in the cold I walked out with the slippers. 8) I also noticed that they double dipped into the wax when they were waxing a customers brows- highly doubt this is hygienic. I was recommended this place by a friend who lives in this area and it was quite a disappointment. Thank goodness I don't live here but a desperate time called for a desperate measure. Best of luck if you try their services! I came for a pedicure and full set. Diamond nails & spa gives the best pedicure I have ever gotten. She took her time, used hot stones, massaged my legs and overall I had a relaxing and enjoyable experience. For my full set I got a neon green/yellow (gel) And my nails were just a little thick. If that makes any sense. I don't have a picture of my nails right after I apologize... I just have pictures from right before I was going to get a fill. read more

Clean, bright, quiet establishment. I didn't have to wait long to have a French manicure and toe polished. The gentleman working on my toes and nails was pleasant. I was pleased with the results, however I wished my gel French manicure would have lasted longer than 1 week. Plus the nail polish that cost $10.00 last a little longer as well. I scheduled a Appt for my two daughters and myself a day early. When we showed up they didn't have any record of our appointment and they were very busy but Gina (the owner) was very polite, apologized and asked if we could come back. Once we returned, again still very busy but they took us in and were very accommodating. As busy as they were they didn't rush when doing our nails and we all came out with beautiful results. I got a gel shellac manicure last Thursday and by the next Monday, 4 days, 3 of the gel nails came off. The polish that they used was so "watered" down that it took three coats to even make it look ok. Super bummed! read more

I made a 5:30 appointment with Gina for a fullset and pedicure based on a recommendation. Halfway through my pedicure, the scheduler tells me the technician (who I did not schedule with) but was supposed to do my nails apparently, "had an emergency" and could not come in and asked me to reschedule. I had graduation at 10:30 the next morning. The owner (Gina) came over to try and mediate the situation and lied about who she was to avoid having to do the nails she was scheduled to do. Had they told me this when I arrived I could have went to another salon and been prepared for commencement. I'm not even sure there was an actual emergency, regardless, it was GINA'S responsibility to fix the mistake by staying later or opening the shop earlier, all things considered. Instead this girl lies about her identity when she is most obviously the owner who should FIX the mistake. That aside, the stations were left unkempt and there were dirty/dusty shelves by the sink. Piss poor management and presentation. read more
