It was relaxing and thorough. She even massaged my arms and hands. She was friendly and gave me some tips on how to care for my skin based on my skin type. The lady over the phone said that dazzledry is a type of gel, which was not the case when we got to the salon, so I had to change the service I selected from dazzledry to gel. The selection of nail polishes wasn't great, especially the gel selection. There was only one lady to paint nails, so I had to wait for my mom to get her pedicure done first and then I could get my manicure. The lady doing the nails was nice, but I decided to get gel nails and they are already peeling. The lady painting my nails left excess gel polish under my nails and spilling over the sides of my nails which has already caused the gel to lift and peel. Some of the gel has already chipped away on the sides. It cost about $50 for this manicure and it was no where near worth the price. I had hopes for this place and feel bad that I chose this place to get my mom a gift card for here because it wasn't great.

She provided no aftercare instructions and didn't even ask for a follow up appointment to ensure I liked everything and it looked good. I was a new client for her and had never had lytebo before so I would have expected she even pretended to slightly care what the results were. Oh and not to mention, after paying a premium for her services she's the only injector who's ever bruised me in the middle of my forehead. Tierney who also works there is super sweet and Michelle is great as well. There's too many options in the Farmington valley area with great injectors to come here.
