This is a nice retro collectable shop a good assortment of toys, decorations, and vinyl albums. The best thing is it's all fairly reasonably priced. I was shocked at the low prices on some of the stuff, especially in this area. Some of these shops really try to gouge you but not this one. If you're looking for something nerdy or vintage check this spot out for sure. The sign says they are closed mondays but apparently they are open some mondays. read more

I was tempted to leave a less than great review because we stopped in to look for some cool records on a trip to Cape Cod and one of the records we bought was described as 'plays well' but it was warped and the speeds were off making the record unlistenable. We had to throw it away. It was only $8 but that's like flushing money down the toilet. Frustrating. We bought a couple other records with no issue. They played okay. The selection of vinyl was good ... they had a $2-$5 bargain bin with thrift store staples. When the world ends, apparently all that will be left are cockroaches and Herb Alpert and The Tijuana Brass records. For $10-$15 there was some good 60's stuff described as VG+/NM condition. They also had a few nice Janis Joplin and other old and new albums in the $20-$30 range. It was limited stock but there were lots of comics, video games, novelty toys, etc. (No 1980's action figures which I had hoped for). Anyone who likes comics, animae and Newbury Comics type of toys, you'll love this store. Overall, a small selection and a garbage record purchase mean an average rating from me. Staff was friendly/chatty and I am sure for the right customer this store would be a fun browse. Be careful to inspect record condition before making a purchase though or you might waste some money, as I did. read more

I was so excited when I stumbled into this store during my trip to Cape Cod. I love comic shops! Plenty of cool (well maybe not cool but nerdy like me) stuff to buy. Figurines of all kinds, comics in the back, novelty items. Place has it all. It also have a fairly extensive collection of board games for sale including ones I have not seen before. I certainly was surprised there were so many different versions of the game Risk. Risk is my favorite board game... granted I haven't played that many. Mostly the Game Center's on you placing your armies in certain parts of the world, and the point of the game is to conquer. Fun!!!! Great store, wish there was one like it near my house! read more

picked a record that was sealed in a bag. I questioned the owner who assured me he had played it and it played all the way through. He even made a joke when I asked if it played all the way without issue and said 'Normally we charge more for records that are playable, of course it is playable or I wouldn't sell it. ' two tracks on the first side and they have loud pops not a little click or 'character' from being 30 years old. read more

This afternoon we dropped into Blast From the Past with family visiting the area. The last time we entered the store (a few years back), we loved the experience and talked up this store to our visitors. When we entered the store we quickly realized that the selection has decreased which was a bit of a bummer. The store still had a decent amount of vintage goods, but it lacked the same spunk it used to have. We ended up walking out empty handed, but now we know where to purchase a few items for friends in the future (they love Wizard of Oz.) read more

Great Falmouth main street shop! From old time Coca Cola products to metal signs to Star Wars figurines to Beatles coffee mugs they have something unique for everyone! We picked up a great Moxie tin sign here with Ted Williams. So cool! They also have nickel candy at the register! Definitly check it out-. What fun! My daughter and I happened to find this place when we took a trip to Falmouth during a summer vacation to the area in 2009. We had a thoroughly enjoyable time browsing through all of the vintage items they had - we must have spent close to an hour in there - and I had a lovely time chatting for a bit with one of the owners (the wife of this husband and wife team). What a great concept for this little family-run shop. I don't think there was an item in the store I didn't wish I could buy. read more

This store is awesome, it does something different than a lot of the other cape cod shops. It literally is a Blast from the Past, and has a lot of really awesome vintage things that you can't find everywhere. It has a lot of things like Betty Boop, Marilyn Monroe, and Betty Page if you are into pin-up. It also has a lot of Beatles Memorabilia as well. The shop is definitely worth at least a look and I would definitely go there again! read more

I love this store! My husband and I took our 4 kids in there this summer (ages 10-16) and we all had so much fun that we are still talking about it. Great people with great items that you won't see anywhere else. The personal service was refreshing! read more
