For starters the staff was extremely nice and personable; they are very honest and tell you exactly what you can expect. Then I received my stove back in a short time and was floored by the results. He explained everything in terms easy to understand and even showed me a video of the work when it was completed. He showed me something to watch and assured me it would be safe and can be looked at when I return for touch up work in two years. I had researched the process prior to using Best Blast and compared with Ziebart - hands down - NHOU V3 at Best Blast was the way to go. I never had any of my recent vehicles uncoated the way we used it years ago - was told it was no longer necessary since they have used different means to protect vehicles from rusting - the undercoating was no longer needed - think again - if you plan to hold onto your vehicle - which I do - Best Blast is the thing to do right after you drive out of the showroom or anytime before the rusting begins - The cost was fair and the follow-up check and touch up work is very reasonable and a normal maintenance cost. Brian was timely when he would scheduled my vehicle and it was done and ready when promised. I fully recommend Brian and Best Blast II for your rust protection needs - he will tell you the best method and material for you vehicle. He also can identify good furniture and explains what you can expect when the piece is refinished. If you have an heirloom piece of furniture that you love they will surely bring it back to life. The tables that I had restored at Heirloom Refinishing had original leather tops. The leather could not be restored, but Carlos came up with a lovely alternative in the staining process once the leather was removed. All the tables were checked for damage and repaired, stripped, stained and the hardware refurbished. When the pieces were finished they delivered them, which was included in the charge. I believe they will pick up also. It took quite a few months and is expensive, but it was worth it. My tables probably look very much as they did when they were in my grandparents' and parents' homes years and years ago. I appreciate their knowledge and impeccable work.
