It's not!! If you would like fraud done to your bank account this it the place for you! I've been trying to have this place who does fraud to its customers to STOP pulling from my account. I signed up with a credit card and this place got access to my back account. I've disputed this with my bank & had had cards replaced. It's still not working. This is a terrible service & place to go. I'll never trust this place, or the man named John that shook my hand on good faith!

They pre washed it more than other places I have been to in the past. I preceded to drive through the car wash. They did have two men that dried the cars off. I usually just dry that car myself. I liked that upgrade. I also asked for a vacuum cleaning coin. The coin was for 4 minutes so I suggest you have everything organized before putting the coin in. It came with my $8 car wash. I would give this location 5 stars but the vacuum cleaner suction was very weak. I think it would be a great value if the vacuum cleaners were stronger.

It's frustrating to be paying for a membership when basic services and amenities aren't even usable. What made the experience worse was seeing an employee focused on selling memberships instead of addressing the obvious issues around the property. The priority should be maintaining the facility and creating a positive experience that actually makes customers want to sign up. Overall, this visit was extremely disappointing and felt like a waste of money. I hope management takes steps to address these issues and improve the quality of service at this location.

Score today I deducted a star from my rating today for the tunnel entrance employee who was preoccupied with another employee as we were trying to line up on the track. We managed w/o his assistance. My other deduction was for the exit blowers that failed to remove the water from the roof and rear window. Time to make an adjustment.
