This facility has gone down hill over the past several months. Maintenance is well needed. I had to go to 3 different spaces to find a vacuum that worked good enough to do the carpets in my car. When going through the wash, some of the equipment did not function...yet, they charged the same for a wash. The wash barely took the bugs off the front of the car and almost completely missed the hatchback on our Enclave. I'll be looking for another car wash in Mesa. read more

Worst car wash ever!! Paid 23.00 for the Deluxe wash or whatever they call it. It was supposed to include wheel dressing. Wheels came out just as dirty as they went in and no dressing was on them. I asked for the manager to have the dressing put on them. He came out with a bottle and handed it to me for me to do it myself!! I'm not sure who Man is that Place but they need to get it together. Was in the process of buying a wash and the kid working the lanes walks up and try's to upsell me and takes over entering the wash I want. I tell him I don't want it, each time he has another BS line. After 4 times of telling him I don't want it, he turns away and says, "well, I guess I shouldn't have helped you then". I got my car washed today at the Val Vista and Warner Rd location and this young man named Max helped me with an issue I have been having with my license plate getting changed. Washes are great and I always go here when I have time for a car wash but have been unhappy with the towels recently, I think they may be using fabric softener or low quality soap because my inside and outside windows have a weird film on them every time I go now and I have to clean them again when I get home. The email says a lot about how this place treats their customers. Their attitude towards me and this situation were bottom of the barrel. Hayden, I thought we had a good conversation towards the end but based on the email really shows your character and what you really are. You know nothing about my past to insult me this way. Yes, your equipment was faulty. You knew this or your lack of knowing you still replaced the air chuck. You have no class. Furthermore, we are on a monthly plan with your car wash service. But because of you and your inability to be a good manager we might be canceling our service. It's not because we were denied by you Hayden, it's because of what you said in this email. I don't feel you are a good fit to manage and it reflects with your employees attitude also. I did however stop at another location and spoke with their manager just to request that their GM would kindly call me to have a conversation about this incident a week ago. I have yet to hear from anyone. I'm not sure if SuperStar has any customer retention as of yet. Not having a customer service phone number to call says a lot. P.S. With time to kill in between soccer games at the nearby CCV complex, I decided a car wash would be the perfect activity for me and the kids, as my car was long overdue for a cleaning. I found prices more than reasonable, staff friendly enough, and the car wash did it's job... I used the vacuums and towels afterwards and was overall very pleased with the experience. Does it get the job done? Barely. Is the unlimited membership worth it? Yeah you get your moneys worth if you go once every two weeks. However, there are a lot of flaws at this location. The blowers at the end of the wash cycle are terrible, especially if you own a truck/ suv. Be prepared to have an absurd amount of water left on your vehicle. The dry towels used for drying, are often really wet. It's hit or miss if there is window spray.. there is supposed to be compressed air to spray out your vehicle, but you'd be lucky if you pull up to a stall with one since those are often out of service. The vacuums are really nice when they work, however there have been numerous times when I go and the head of the vacuum disconnects from the hose. They also got rid of the attendant's job to hand out dash wipes and fresheners, now they sit in a location in the sun and a terrible location to pull up to without almost scratching your vehicle with those yellow cones. The only reason I go here is because it's convenient and next to my house, otherwise I would stay clear of this place. Don't even attempt to go on weekends, this place is a complete zoo and the parking lot is very busy. read more

I live by this car wash. I don't even know why I bother go here. I was there this morning three out of five vacuums never work. They've been that way for months and the top it off. They want to get you in some kind of membership when you go through the car wash it's bad business and faulty equipment. "NO" Called discover & found out this was a second Membership monthly charge from Super Star Car Wash-Crismon! Terrible location. Their machine broke my passenger side mirror during the car wash. I showed the attendant and watched him file a "claim" with the operations team only to find out he didn't. customer service is garbage when I filed a claim myself. After 4 months of giving me the run around, I had to pay $500 to fix my mirror. I'll never go here again, aside from going to the location to demand they reimburse the money. My car is NEW I had it for 3 months just to go thru the car wash and have them leave nothing but marks all over my car I tried calling them and nothing ! You just lost my $16.95 monthly fast pass reoccurring credit card charge today over a 10 cent air fresher. Nice going guys! A quick wash is only $3.00. I would have to come 6 times a month in order to justify the $16.95 per month. I've been averaging 3 times per month, but I've kept the Fast Pass because of the convenience. I asked for a 10 cent air freshener today as I entered the wash instead of the paper towels and I was told "it's not included in your package" Really? I decline the useless paper towels every time. Be careful when you sign up for one of their monthly plans. I signed up for a $14.95 per month plan. The next month they charged my $24.95. I tried to cancel using their web page, but it failed. It appeared that you could only cancel during certain times in the billing cycle. But their response disappeared in a fraction of a second. I tried to call them, but they don't answer the phone. After cancelling, I was charged twice more. I decided to write this review, and I see dozens more with the same problem. I don't think this business operates in good faith. Do not sign up for a monthly plan with them. read more
