I got the Supreme wash at Cobblestone Car Wash, and overall it did a great job on the exterior--my car came out looking shiny and refreshed. The process was quick and convenient, which I definitely appreciate. The only downside was the interior vacuuming, which didn't seem very thorough. I just wish the inside looked a little cleaner to match how good the outside turned out. Still, I'd recommend it if you're looking for a fast and easy wash! read more

I purchased $110 for Upholstery Shampoo and interior wipe down. after 30min I saw my car parked outside and thinking it might not be done yet because it's too fast. waited for another 30 min, and I asked if it's done I was told that it is. got in my car and nothing was done inside except for a moist car seats, not vacuumed, a few dirt marks are still there. you can see the dried up splashes from a spray all over the interior. this place is a rip off. This campus is smaller than our Signal Butte location yet familiar. Score today I deducted a star from my rating today for the tunnel entrance employee who was preoccupied with another employee as we were trying to line up on the track. We managed w/o his assistance. My other deduction was for the exit blowers that failed to remove the water from the roof and rear window. Time to make an adjustment. Confession: I don't wash my Jeep regularly....cause it's a Jeep....it camps, has rock chipped windows, a number of scars from exploring, a stain or two here and there from activities... it's always dirty. It's not a "highway princess" and I'm not a soccer mom....or I mean dad? Are there "soccer dads"? Is that a thing? Either way, not this guy. But when the dirt and grime is washed away and it sparkles, it just reminds me....i like it dirty :) First time coming to Cobblestone. Service was great from beginning to end. They didn't push their subscriptions, and detailing services on me, they just asked. I declined once and they moved on (probably not the best sales tactic, but there's no way I'd buy what they had so great time management). On a scale of 1 - 10, I'll come back next year. read more

While I continue to come to Cobblestone for convenience and fair membership prices, I am continuously disappointed every time I come to this particular location. On 3 separate occasions I've seen people smoking cigarettes in the lounge chairs near the car pickup area. Not only is this extremely inconsiderate for the other customers that would like to sit outside in the chairs and wait, but there are open car doors directly next to this area. The first time I saw smoking, my car happened to be right there and smelled like cigarettes when I got in. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I did reach out to an employee and they apologized.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I've now seen smoking occur there two other times, including my current visit!! Gross!!! That should be a non smoking area. Finally, I am constantly having to ask them to rewipe down my front bumper and sides with dead bugs, mud, debris, etc that's stuck and needs more man power to clean than the machines. Aside from using the vacuum to clean the floors, they don't wipe down any of the inside either. I have to go home and get a cloth to clean dust and such from the cup holders, console, door handles, seats, etc. I realize this isn't a car detailing and I don't expect perfection, but a basic wipe down can't be that hard. First let's start with there a NO GOOD CAR WASHES in Arizona. That said, Cobblestone is the best of the bad. However, they are "OK" at best. If you REALLY want your auto clean (I am talking about a proper vacuum job BY CAR WASH EMPLOYEES), cleaning the door sill/rocker panel areas, side view mirrors, windows, door openings dried, trunk opening dried and the wheels cleaned.... wash the car yourself. After they are supposedly finished, I ALWAYS have to take the car over to their free vacuum area and RE-vacuum around he seats, wipe out the fuel cap area, open all the doors openings, hood opening, trunk opening and wipe down the water. Also have to wipe down the side view mirrors.... and RE-wipe down the wheels (THEY DO A TERRIBLE JOB ON THE WHEELS). Now, the next issue..... I went to their Gilbert location and bought one of their Car Wash Packages, but then realized it was not the full service package I wanted. I went to the store three days later and explained what happened and they gave me a form to fill out. While I was standing they faxed the form and copy of my receipt to their headquarters for a refund. They told me it could take 14 to 21 business days for the refund. This was a credit card charge.... WHY SHOULD IT TAKE SO LONG FOR A REFUND?? I thought that was outrageous. But "I Bought" the incorrect package, so I felt I just had to live with it. TWO MONTHS LATER I RECEIVED A CHECK..... TWO MONTHS!!!! THAT IS REDICULOUS. Bizarre car wash. Very professional business, but there is no "menu" when you pull up. An "express " lane and "full service" lane without a description as to what happens in either one. If you choose the wrong one you'll be asked to back up to enter "the right one" even though they all feed into the same wash tunnel. Whatever you need done, they'll offer several levels above what you need. All of the order takers are fast talkers and don't full explain the breakdown of each type of wash unless you ask several different questions repeatedly. Up charge central. Highway robbery! $40 for a hand wash on a single cab Chevy Colorado. They put "lgSUV" on my ticket. It's a small truck the size of a car people. For that price, I would have expected the best car wash in the history of car washes, but I had water blowing all over the window when I drove away and visible dust on the seat that hadn't been vacuumed up. I stopped in to the Cobblestone at Baseline & Val Vista in March, went to the Express lane for just a single car wash. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Before I could select my wash from the machine, an employee came up, offered to help and took my credit card.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The total was about $23 and he stuck two barcode stickers on the windshield. I thought gee, that was expensive and what was up with the barcode stickers, but whatever. Then, 30 days later out of the blue I get a notice from Visa that a charge of $21 had been processed by Cobblestone Auto Spa. Turns out that the employee just enrolled me in a monthly car wash plan for $21/month without asking me. I wasn't asked if I wanted to enroll in a recurring Carwash monthly plan, I wasn't notified that I was going to be billed $21 per month, they just did it. What a scam! Got a $40 wash specifically asked for dash to be wiped well. When we got the truck back the inside was left with the floor mat sitting thrown on the back seat, the soap wasn't wiped up, nothing had been wiped down a light layer of dust everywhere was still there. I have gone to this location for years but today was the worst ever. Took my truck in to wash and when they said it was done, the bed had not even had water in it. They just smeared the dirt on the back bumper. When I pointed it out, the guy said, "Well it was really dirty"!!! Really, that's why I brought it to car wash. Was sold a promotion that didn't exist and when I was getting charged incorrectly they refused to give me a refund. They don't call back and ignore your text. It took me a month to finally get a hold of them and cancel all services with them because they did not want to find middle grounds with a costumer. They failed to cancel my account and after a few months I realized they were still charging me. It took me a week of constant attempts to finally get a hold of them for them to tell me that it was a "glitch" in my account. Don't know what kind of glitch last 3 months of false transactions, but she also had a very nonchalant attitude, which makes me believe she was just trying to lie. Once again, I pull in to the lane staff directs me into and cars that arrive after me are greeted, cleaned, and released before me. This added additional time to my wait time. First time using this car wash. I bought the Platinum Wash. First issue was they didn't pull my mirrors in on my truck ( simple push of a button). Truck was done in Probably 15 mins, I thought wow that was fast. But when I got home and saw they never wiped the interior down, barely vacuumed. The soap or was residue that was left on my truck made it look worse then when I took it in. To top it off they put so much tire dressing on that there is black spots all down the sides. Lesson learned - I have a detailer coming out to fix the mess. I won't be back! For the $40 plus tip my kid would have done a better job. I did try to call and talk to a manager to let them know of the poor job that was done but you call a central # and are suppose to leave a message and someone will get back to you. The vacuuming was the only thing done correctly. The inside was not cleaned at all. Dust everywhere and finger prints on mirror and windows. The wheels were not cleaned just tire shine added to tire. This car wash always has clean towels and open spaces, which is why I like going here! I also like that, they have the travelator to push your car right along rather than a track to align your tires on. BIG PLUS They offer other services here but, honestly I've never checked to see what other services they offer... call or Google it. Some of the staff here, always seem bothered, so perhaps give them water and more breaks since they are standing in 115 degree weather all day . Js‍‍‍‍ These guys all work really hard! It was parked in the back and we had to walk outside and talk to 3 different workers just for them to find our keys. We requested a hand wash but our Camaro was left with water streaks everywhere. Read through this entire experience so you can understand what may happen to you also at this extraordinary car wash business. I have used many car washes and detailing services over the years. By and large when you pay $100-300, the car comes back at least "clean" and preferably spotless. Sometimes there might be a minor miss and usually they're happy to accommodate and touch up the missed item. This is not what happened here at all. I dropped my car off before the morning rush on a Saturday. The sales person pitched me different packages. I walked him through what needed to be cleaned and needing the car detailed and spotless. He asked me what package I wanted. I asked for shampooing the seats. He mentioned other upselling offers. I handed over the keys and paid at the cashiers for the package and option he pitched me. Four hours and $220 later I come back to pick up my car, looking forward to a nicely detailed car. That is not what I got back. Here's what happened: I open the doors to do a basic check. The inside car doors and console have not been cleaned or detailed at all. In a friendly manner I point this out to the sales person who tells me: "Oh you did not pay for this". I am a bit underwhelmed. After a $220 car detailing package I would expect a completely clean car. As in, clean. Not partially clean. But here is this man telling me I need to pay another 80 some dollars for them to wipe down the doors and console. I point out to him that this is something I could do with some Windex and a rag in about five minutes. He repeats that this is an $80 add-on and implies it was my fault that I did not ask for that. I ask for their manager who comes over. We go over the visibly dirty car doors insides and console. He asks "Did you order that ?". I say I ordered a detailed car. Instead of saying "Hey why don't we fix this miss for you" - He challenges me and says: "Are you expecting us to work for free?". By then I was too miffed and just left. Quality of service has been continually dropping while the prices have been continually rising. I finally quit going here for full details. Too expensive and just not doing a good job at all. I did continue to go for the fast pass where you just pay and ride thru the tunnel in your car. Until a few days ago. Believe it or not, it's possible to gaslight a complete stranger inside the wash tunnel of a carwash. Here's what happened: the attendant at the entrance put a car in, in front of me. He then directs me in, about 15 feet behind the other car. Inside the tunnel, about 1/3 of the way in, when the suds cleared from the windshield a bit, I saw the brake light on the car in front of me. Okay, whatever, we're on a conveyor belt, no problem, right? Wrong. The car them started inching closer and closer! Until it was about 4-5 feet away! I didn't quite understand how this was possible but I started blowing my horn! I considered backing up, but decided that was risking hitting someone behind me. Next, the car in front, moved up, to about 10-12 feet away. I was relieved and wondered what happened? Accidentally put it in reverse? THEN, as the car was being blown off right before the tunnel exit, they BACKED UP AGAIN! I laid on my horn! The car abruptly stopped about 5 feet in front of me, then we both rolled off the conveyor belt at the same speed. This was a little nerve wracking! I wondered what happened. The driver of the car pulled to the left, got out and approached me walking fast waving his arms. I figured he was going to apologize and/or give an explanation. I rolled down my window and he shouted, "YOU'RE FOLLOWING TOO CLOSE!" I replied, "Me! I was just sitting there!" I was getting angry now and about to get into it, asking why the hell he was driving back and forth inside the tunnel! But he just kept walking and went back into the tunnel and disappeared. I went to the manager and he confirmed, showing me the part of the video that was clear, at the blowers, where the driver backed up - the driver was a car wash attendant - and said I was correct. When we went to talk to the attendant he acted like I was nuts, put on a syrup tone and said, "I'm sorry you're so miserable in your life that you have to yell at workers like this." He then turned his back and walked out the door. The manager didn't say a thing to him but just gave me a "what can I do?" look, shaking his head. This was classic gaslighting. He intentionally backed up his car closer to me where no one else could see and then, where lots of people could see, at the tunnel exit, accused me of following too close. Once I honked my horn he knew had one on the hook. I believe this person may be a sociopath. He was approximately 40 years old. He showed no remorse and couldn't conceal his self-satisfaction that he got a rise out of a customer he was screwing with. And the manager did nothing. Which is why I won't ever return to a Cobblestone. The fact that he just did nothing tells me this problem is more than just one employee and one event. Cobblestone is getting desperate for workers and seems to be willing to not only hire anyone, but to tolerate horrible behavior and job performance. I will never go to a Cobblestone again for any service. I recommend everyone else avoid this place as well. They have created an environment that rewards and thus attracts sociopaths. I did email to the address for reviews..10 days ago...no one ever replied. I do not intend to again go there for any service. Prices are inflated and my latest visit, the first man quoted $55 the mgr. and the one taking the order said $80...I was not happy...the first man was under the truck and after I said okay he said "drop it" meaning remove the old oil and filter. If the first man had said "$55 but for hi mileage version of syn-blend 5/30w is $80" I would have left...Same for the $14 extra to get the version of the FREE car wash which included a spray wax...I did not get a $102 value...I am still not happy about it. Now way was the hi-mileage version worth an extra $6 per quart of oil.. the fact they in 10 days still have not replied to the email says it all.. Being nice doesn't change the math or the fact my $14 extra for the better wash and spray wax meant I had to pull back thru and myself re-vacuum the driver side and center floor...my floor is rubber from the factory new...A small p/u they got same price little truck and still couldn't manage to vacuum all spots....Next oil change I will as I used to, go buy the oil and filter I like best--good ones, and have my mechanic do it...Although his labor is a little higher, my price on parts means the $102 I spent at Cobblestone would have gotten me VERY PREMIUM oil and filter not (bulk)...Further, my receipt says "hi mileage package" I still think that means just the oil is the hi mile version not the filter.. I won't know just hope it runs well the next 4,000+ miles. I don't agree with miles based oil changes anyway...I watch for junk on the dipstick...I notice great oil and great filters I get more miles between changes. It's a older truck in excellent condition I've had a long time so I have tired a variety of oils and filter brands I only went to Cobblestone due to the radio ad that day for a free wash...my wash and iffy vacuum job was not worth $14 extra nor was my hi mileage version of syn-blend 5/30 worth $25 extra for 4.5 quarts. won't be returning to Cobblestone.
