I have going to the gilbert location since it opened years ago. Today I got the basic car wash for $11.00 and the car came out as dirty as it went in because most of the brushes and overhead cleaning strips were turned OFF as I went through but worked for the car in front of me. I have a Superstar membership and have visited several locations throughout Gilbert, but this was by far the worst experience I've had. There were towels available, but the free vacuums barely worked and had almost no suction. On top of that, none of the trash cans had bags in them, making the entire facility feel neglected and poorly maintained. It's frustrating to be paying for a membership when basic services and amenities aren't even usable. What made the experience worse was seeing an employee focused on selling memberships instead of addressing the obvious issues around the property. The priority should be maintaining the facility and creating a positive experience that actually makes customers want to sign up. Overall, this visit was extremely disappointing and felt like a waste of money. I hope management takes steps to address these issues and improve the quality of service at this location. read more

I had an unexpected experience at this location. I went through the car wash thinking I was paying for a one-time service, but later discovered I had been enrolled in a monthly membership. When I went inside to address it, I was told cancellations and refunds could not be handled in person and that I needed to go online. Unfortunately, the website was down at the time, so I wasn't able to cancel right away. It has been 8 hours and I still am not able to cancel- the website is still down for "maintenance." I later found out that several of my neighbors have had similar experiences. I would strongly recommend that customers carefully review all options on the payment screen and that the business improve transparency around membership enrollment and cancellation. read more

This company is not honest. We Canceled services and they continued to charge our account for months. We thought well they are still charging us let's take the truck through and they told us our account was canceled. Even though we could prove that they were still taking out funds. We had a full detail service and not only was it poorly vacuumed, the trunk wasn't vacuumed at all as well as the tracks for captains chairs that catch so much. The cleaners they sprayed left dots on services and had to be buffed out, other areas felt greasy. The navigation screen has grease all over it. The cup holders weren't cleaned out, and dust in areas. It hardly looked clean, just smelled of cleaning supplies. Tried contacting the location by phone, they said someone would call me back twice and never did. Tried emailing and no word back there either. read more

Would go again... nothing really outstanding... similar to other drive thru car washes.... Simple wash is $11 bucks, cheaper than a lot of places, towels were supplied and plentifull.. vacuum stations worked well & air pressure hose worked great to remove puddled water around door knobs, emblems, etc. ; vehicle came out washed and air blowers removed 95% of water... Machine broke a piece out of the bottom portion of the grill on my 2013 Ford Edge, in the tunnel, and tore the remaining portion of the grill off the car. The person who appeared to be the lead car wash person asked me to identify the portion of the grill they found. When I did he gave me a "too bad, so sad" song and dance that his carwash couldn't have broken that or it would do the same damage to all the cars that come through. He just wanted to put the grill piece in the back and send me on my way. After challenging him, he did put the grill piece back on the car telling me that the plastic holders must be worn for that to fall off. I sent him to find the broken piece which he found in the car wash tunnel. He stuck to his "not our fault" story and told me to come back the next day to talk to "Number 1" to see what he says. The carwash owes me a new grill piece since the one back on the car has a broken piece out of it. This happened at 10:31 AM 3-24-25 during a Mega Star Carwash. I took my brand new car in for its first car wash and got the super wash and full service. First off they completed 3 cars that came out after mine, then they did a half-assed job. Nothing good to say about this location. Every employee and manager I've encountered has had a poor attitude. The line is turned up so fast, the car doesn't get washed, rinsed or dried. You're just as well off driving by, throwing your money out the window and having someone "Hawk Tuah" on your car. The last time I got a "full service" wash, the kid "wiping down" the interior knocked the air fresheners out of the vents and lost them under the seats. There is zero attention paid to doing any sort of decent quality job. Save your $$, go to Dolphin car wash on Baseline and Power. They do a quality wash with a great attitude. read more

My first experience at this car wash was a bad experience I paid for their top-of-the-line car wash and didn't get anything that I was promised let's start with the air freshener I asked the guy for one first he acted like I was bothering them and then he said oh we're out of those then why are you selling a product if you're out of it and why are you so freaking rude here everyone I talk to act like I was bothering them interrupting their conversation as they're working I regret becoming a member at this car wash I'm going back to raceway at least they know how to treat a customer. The end result of my car being cleaned I would say was average at best and all these things they talk about all the graphene and this that is super foam didn't see any of it. My son got paid for this car wash for Mothers Day. He spent $20 and I wish he had just gone with the cheapest wash because my bumper was still dirty after the wash. See picture. In the picture some of that is paint chips but you can't miss the brown splatter that didn't clean off. Very disappointed. The lady at the pay station was so kind and sweet. She didn't try to talk us into a membership either. I would have been furious had I gotten a membership and seen my car still dirty after the wash. The vacuum at the spot we pulled into wasn't powerful at all. Compared to other car washes I've been to this vacuum was worthless. The damp towels however was a nice touch. read more

Let me start by saying that my car was beautifully detailed by Super Star Car Wash in Gilbert, AZ on Sunday, March 22, 2026. However, the terrible interaction I experienced was when I picked my car up at about 3 pm after dropping it off around 8 am. The gentleman in the detailing department who had my key was extremely off putting. He opened my car to let look at the detailing job and I was pleased with the work. I put my hand out for my key and he reluctantly gave it to me. I put it in my purse and put my purse down on the front passenger seat. The gentleman look me in my eyes and told me I needed to tip him. I explained that two days before when I made this appointment I tipped for the car wash I had that day. He said I am supposed to tip him as well. Of all my decades of driving and detailing my cars, I have never been TOLD or asked or expected to tip for a detail. After paying about $150 for detailing my car I was not expecting to tip let alone being TOLD to tip. I felt pressured to tip this man so I went back inside to purchase an air freshener with my debit card so I could get $20 cash back. At this point I have tipped $40 for a $150 job. Needless to say, I am extremely upset and disappointed and will not be returning. read more

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I had a can of soda explode in my car and I went to SuperStar to see if they could clean it. I told the employee about the soda and asked if they could clean the roof of my car, but later as i was late for work. He said they could and i would need to purchase a prepaid interior detail. I went back woth the prepaid detail and a different employee told me they could not clean my car and he could not refund my money. I spoke with the manager and he told me the same thing, basically the other employee was wrong but i cannot have my money refunded. I emailed corporate 3 times, no response. Worst customer care. My car went through their wash and their brush system ripped the trim off the top. They found the piece in their tunnel. They kept blaming me for the problem when the trim on the other side was fine. They wanted me to come back next day to speak with a different manager. While denying what happened. I couldn't even get a claim file. Had to call the cops to handle the issue. They finally got the claim file after speaking to the cops. And still advised to come back to speak to their #1. Then this morning I get an email. The same manager I spoke too with the cop, filed the claim with their company and it was denied. I would give them a zero!!! read more

I signed up for the monthly pass in January when they were having a promotion of $20/month for the first 4 months. I really like the fact that they provide towels for you to use to dry your car. the carwash itself works pretty well getting the grime off. The only place that it could improve would be the wheels. It doesn't get all of the brake dust off the wheels unless I use a spray. Now that I know this, I put the spray on before I get to the carwash and it has been working fine. I would definitely recommend this carwash. read more

You car wash experience will probably start with Anthony. He'll greet you with a smile, is professional and gave me the best advice on having essential oils as your air freshner! Mostly they do a really good job on my car. There are times that I notice that the dash or the cup holders weren't done carefully but if I ask they will redo what I need done. Beware of getting robbed in broad daylight here. SuperStar at Greenfiled and Baseline in Gilbert.I will admit I have been coming to The Greenfield and Baseline location for years. I was even impressed that they updated the wash system recently. Where I have a major issue and it will affect if I ever get my car washed here. I do not pass this car wash daily. I have to go out of my way to get here. For that reason I do not subscribe to the monthly plan they offer as it would not get used enough to justify. I do however buy the deal where you get 2 washes at a discount for pre-paying for the 2nd. It really tells you little more than that. I honestly cannot tell you the 2nd car wash is exactly like the 1st. When you return you scan a bar code and drive in. No statement what your wash will be. Well there is another thing they do not tell you on that purchase screen. There is an expiration date attached to the 2nd wash. A wash you pay for I will remind you. So I had to leave town and then had a vacation this summer. I returned and my car was massively dusty from sitting around. I took it down to SuperStar to get my 2nd wash but the barcode was not scanning. I originally thought it was due to the heat because it was still readable but faded. No worse than other times I had a receipt from there. An attendant comes over and I explain that the barcode is not scanning. He looks at it hands it back to me and very curtly says its expired you have to pay. Well I did pay for this wash. I might have gotten a 25% discount or something on the washes buying 2 at once but I paid money for that wash. I went on July 13th and the receipt expired on July 10. I know there are expiration's so you don't come back years later asking for a wash but 3 days over due?! I never even had a chance to respond because the attendant ran off as soon as he returned the receipt and told me to pay. If this were some BOGO deal I could understand being hard about a date but again I will remind you that you pay extra to get the 2 wash deal. I paid for that wash and now they stole my money. Not a nicer way to put it. There is a Cobblestone at ValVista and Baseline. it is more on my normal route but I went to SuperStar more out of loyalty all these years than convenience. It seems time to explore other options now. read more

We used to live closer to this location and used their services a lot. Even had at least 4-5 new cars ceramic coated here. But then we moved to a new home farther away so we don't normally come here anymore. Last month, we were sent free express car wash coupons on Facebook (both me and my wife). But when we tried to use them, they did not work. The attendant on duty was no help -- she ignored us and said she there was nothing she could do. What a waste of time and gas to go back to this location who gave us worthless coupons and the attendant who was of no help. So I guess Cobblestone is the place for us to go these days since SuperStar is the pits!! read more

I love the membership you can wash your car as many times as you want until you feel it's clean they have towels, air dryer, free air for your tires and vacuums and garbage cans at each spot to vacuum your car. It's a great value and Customer Service here is very helpful. read more

I have had a poor experience with their back office functions. While the car wash does a decent job, you must deal with an email address and an unresponsive staff. We are currently seeing 3 to 4 charges per month and we ONLY have 2 vehicles. They are Not able to connect the charges to a particular license plate/vehicle. We currently are attempting to block the charge we suspect is bad. If this doesn't work our only recourse will be to cancel the credit card. This is far from ideal. My recommendation is use this vendor with caution. read more

Max, the attendant at the drive thru car wash went above and beyond scrubbing the bugs off my windshield and bumper and mirrors since there was no one in the line behind me. He paid very good attention to detail and scrubbed, even though it was 110° outside. This is the best service I've received at any car wash. My truck came out of the wash with no bug residue. I came in with a coupon and then they started charging me every month for nearly a year for their membership when I never signed up for one. It's impossible to get in contact with a human being that works there so it's been extremely difficult to get my money back. It was over $300 worth of fraudulent charges. First time I came here I had a hectic schedule and was dog sitting for someone. I misread the coupon and apologized for my silly mistake. Jason, one of the managers saw that I was flustered and just gave me the wash. My car looked and smelled AMAZING in the end! Now, I return today and I got a good deal on detailing and free pop rocks because I happened to roll in on their super Saturday promotion. Customer service at this location is beyond abysmal. I used to go here all the time. I used to be a member. I've been rudely reminded of why I stopped going there before I moved out of state. Back in town for a visit. I thought I would pop by since it's close to my friends house and get the road grime off my car. After pulling my car into the full service area, I left the doors open so that they could start vacuuming and wiping down the inside and the outside of the car. And my car sat there, and then it sat there, and then it sat there some more and then a cyber truck pulls in and the guy starts to get right on it. So I walk over and I say "excuse me, my car has been sitting there for about 10 minutes and nobody's taking care of it" . he says oh there's guys on it. And I look over and there's no one there. He says no there's guys on it and I look at him and I look at my car and I repeat there's no one there. They're arguing with me like I can't clearly see that nobody is taking care of my car while they take care of the cool new cyber truck woohoo. I did get a refund, but I will never ever recommend this chain of car washes to anyone and instead encourage all of you to drive a little further and go to Cobblestone where they aren't a bunch of gaslighting pricks. read more

My car was DAMAGED by the car wash. They denied my claim stating they determined there was prior damage when my car has NEVER had prior damage. I find this incredibly weird how someone who isn't the owner of my vehicle is making this claim. Also they have a ton of other similar complaints where they deny due to user error or drivers fault. They allowed me access to see all these claims being make against them including personal Information so beware they do not care!!!! read more
