From the moment I called for a quote and availability I knew I made a smart decision. Greg was friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Once I decided on the boxing ring bounce house and the giant inflatable dart board, he had a contract emailed to me when we got off the phone securing the date and time. When the big day rolled around, the staff member, Josh, arrived early and had everything out and blown up within minutes. He also was super friendly and had no problem with how many times we changed our mind about where to set it up (Sorry about that)! The party was a huge success and everyone had a blast - adults and kids. I'd keep that that set up in my back yard every day if I could! We weren't sure when the party would end or if it would start raining, so Josh just said to text him when we were ready to shut it down and he would head our way. He cleaned everything up quickly and without any issue. On top of the awesome customer service, the clean, high quality equipment and the convenience of a flexible schedule, No Limit Event Rentals had the best prices out of anyone. I checked with every company in the Orlando area, and most charged a ridiculous "trip fee" to go to my neighborhood in addition to their already steep prices or didn't have much of a selection at all. There are not enough good things to say about this company. If you want to have the coolest party of the year and not spend a fortune doing it, go with No Limit.

We were so excited because the venue seemed amazing and so did everything Avenue provided according to their website. They say they help you plan everything from start to finish however this was not our experience. Everything started fine and we didn't really interact with them for the first year aside from signing and paying our contract. I thought it was odd that they didn't ask me any details about my plans or vision. They didn't even send me a preferred vendor list so I searched out my own. Which was fine because I found the most incredible vendor! Once we got a few months out from the wedding that's when it really fell apart. I reached out many times to finalize details and to try to nail down our menu. My messages were often times left with little to no answers and even ignored. I also thought found it strange that I was assigned 3 different "event managers" through the process. We ended up with Sarah who was very nice but not helpful. Their "venue relations manager", Annalise, never spoke to me once although she was included in the conversation many times. Often the poor communication was blamed on the venue itself but the venue ended up stepping in to fix everything!! Information given to me by avenue was completely different then information provided by Wellborn. Including food choices and pricing, bar selection and pricing, signature drink selection, vendor set up times and requirements. Basically all the important things. Three weeks before the wedding we still had no answers and had no idea what our guests were going to eat!! Desperate, I reached out directly to The Wellborn begging for help and thank god I did because their event director, Hannah, saved my event!!! I had many vendors to coordinate and I had hired my officiant to also plan and manage the day of the event. She and Hannah literally saved my wedding! I can't say it enough. I was never needy or difficult. I didn't even ask for help until the last 3 months of planning. I felt very neglected and invisible. This was my second marriage so I was much more laid back about things. I had hoped that by booking through Avenue I could save a lot of stress and just enjoy everything. This was not so. I haven't shared all the things that went awry but it was bad enough that I considered legal action. However time has healed the wounds and instead I have turned to sharing some of my story so others may save themselves the grief and stress. I know of 2 others brides that were having their event very close to mine at the same venue and both had the same problems. Perhaps they provide better service when booking one of the venues they own instead of the venues that they provide third party management. I hate leaving bad reviews but I got turned into a Karen on this one and that makes me very very sad.

Miguel and Karluca spent the right time with me to understand our goals (which were many) and the style we needed. The studio setup was perfect and their coaching of my talent was spot on. Our contract was not specific in how many edits I was allowed to ask for, and who my photographer would be (so I had assumed it was Reggie because he said he would be there). My contract stated: "ideas. The client agrees to assist in organizing participants in poses and otherwise facilitating the photographer's job, as well as, the contractors will do this job as well. No vendors will be in the way or cause any problems for the photography. Close-ups mainly will be captured and some but not too many wide shots. For photography candid, memorable, and personal moments will be captured. As well as any comedy and or all magic, special and fun moments of kissing and more will be captured by the contractors period. Without this cooperation, the contractors will not guarantee that the desired product can be provided. Photo will be shot for a total of 4 hours. One Photographer will provided. All photos will be edited and given back. We will take over 380 photos and more than 380 will be given back." Lo and behold, my photographer was an apprentice, which needed to be communicated to me and was not. I would not have booked had I known my photographer was inexperienced. My photographer did not wear proper shoes for the beach wedding and had to take them off. She left them in the aisle and they were in the way when the party was walking down the aisle. So, some of the shots have her boots in the pictures. She gave no direction for poses. I tried my best to ask what looked better and she gave little feedback. Of the 790 photos, only 192 were decent. Reggie did come to the wedding as well as the photographer. He did not seem to be doing anything other than watching her take photos. My guests heard her multiple times stating: "I keep forgetting to straighten my head and camera", and "I can't seem to get the settings right". Which is very concerning. She also spent most of the ceremony sitting down taking pictures, so the angles were not great. Most of the photos (even the 192 that were decent) were very unfocused and grainy, and the people had been edited very orange, or hair and lips extremely darkened, and smoothed out. I emailed Reggie with my concerns about the comments and behavior of the photographer and I asked that the photos with my above description be edited again. Reggie sent me the photos back in a timely manner, but his email response when he sent them back were very unprofessional. Here is the email below: "So hopefully this is the last message about you receiving the new pictures. I have added and redone even more pictures since yesterday. I have redone at least about 12-20 because I didn't like how they looked. I am going to relax, I have given you close to a thousand pictures. I am exhausted. But I loved working on your pictures for you. It was a pleasure and great joy. I loved it. I went through a lot. I hope I hit some or most of what you wanted done. There is a lot less orange. I might have missed some pictures or not made them just less orange. But hundreds from the reception and outdoors have been made not orange and much better. Or they just look better. I will say I believe you will find over 500 or more beautiful pictures. I believe you will like the pictures now. If there are ones I could have done better, I am sorry. Some I tried to kill the blurriness or make it bright enough or a lot just beautiful period. Some I could not fix. You now have hundreds of beautiful pictures. You will be super happy I believe. You will be happy. Thank you for letting RBL Jr LIve Events capture your wedding. Reggie contradicts himself multiple times in this email and grammatically/professionally it is not okay. If I was not allowed any edits, it should have been in my contract, or the amount of edits I was allowed to have should have been included. I should not have been sent any bad photos. I would have much rather gotten 200 really great photos with good edits, rather than 792 bad/mediocre pictures that I had to sort through to end up sending to someone else. I really wish this would have let me include the pictures because my description really does not do it justice. I would not recommend booking with this company if the photos are super important to you.
