To preface, I've been to many bars/lounges/clubs, etc. Rarely am I disrespected or insulted by the staff of these establishments, but when I am, it's usually staffed by my fellow African Americans. In this instance, I made a gaff while ordering...Rather than politely correcting me, the waitress walked away so she could laugh about it with her colleagues; while I'm watching her. After standing around for about five minutes, another waitress came to take my order. I remained composed, placed my order and even left a generous tip. Following this, the original waitress who found my mistake hilarious, came back with a smug look on her face and asked me if I was "Okay." LOL. Right... I wish me and my party had went to the Plum Bar, but this place was free. Never again if I have a say. I'd gladly pay the $10-20 entry fee over there just for the service alone.
