Very unhappy with this business and it's management. I spoke with one manager and we came to an agreement on a large order for my stores employees. I called again before hand and asked the easiest was to complete the order and they asked I come in. Upon waiting in line, giving my whole order, and it being half way made...a different very unfriendly and rude "manager" comes up and tells me I can't get the order. I tried to explain that it was discussed the day before and I even called before I went in to verify. They continued to be even more unpleasant and I ended up leaving without anything Will not be back or recommending this place to anyone ever again. First the customer service was trash we were looking over the menu and since this was new to us we had no idea what to order. I placed an order in their app for the cheesy bread bundle, picked up, came all the way home to find there was no cheesy bread... then I had to drive all the way back for it for them to tell me it was never made and they have to make one. Now I had to wait 20 minutes for that while my pizza was getting cold at home and I had to make 2 trips back and forth for my order. They did not offer me any sort of compensation which is why Im writing this. It's probably best to have some sort of practice in place when it comes to situations like this because the only person down in this scenario is the customer. At least if you offer a freebie or some sort of discount, it feels more fair rather than customers just take the brunt end of the stick. read more

We like Blaze Pizza at Viera, it's nice to dine in a pizza place instead of always carrying out/delivery. Pizza is done quickly and tastes fresh. We like the size, as we can each get what we want and still have a little bit leftover for the next day. Wish they had draft beer but that's a minor complaint. Also, the dining room is so cold, we only come when it's appropriate to eat outside. With draft beer and a more comfortable temperature, I'd give it 5 stars. read more

I've been a fan of blaze for almost 5 years now back when they only had a few locations. I knew blaze was getting big when they decided to open up one in Brevard county and I'm glad they did! If you haven't been, it's a build your own pizza place. Similar to chipotle, you get in line and tell them the toppings you'd like and you get to view them through the glass case. Toppings are always fresh and there are plenty to choose from. Blaze specializes in thin crust, although they have evolved to both gluten free and a high rise (which is a fluffier crest) crusts. I think this is a great place to go for lunch or dinner, especially if you want a fresh pizza. A problem that many blaze locations have, however is during rush hours they are a little slower and sometimes the pizzas can get a little over cooked for my taste or the line itself can take you 20-30 min. But no fear, they do have an app that you can order online and they will cook it for you when you get into the store. They have great lemonade (I loooove their blood orange). One negative about this place is the price point. It is kind of pricey for each pizza and can be an expensive visit if you're coming with a family. Just something to keep in mind. The staff at this blaze is super friendly, a trait every blaze that I've visited has been consistent with, which is a huge plus. If you are in the area I'd definitely recommend it. read more

Blaze pizza is sooo good! I love the walk up and order option. You get to see all the toppings and tell them exactly what you want. They make it in front of you. The salads are really good too. First, their pizza is always great....always. And today I ordered delivery and it didn't show up when it was supposed to (they outsource delivery to Door Dash). I called the store and spoke to George (I think he is the manager), and he said the pizza left the store a half hour ago (I live 10 minutes away). The thing is.....I didn't even have to tell George this was unacceptable.....HE told ME it was unacceptable. He apologized, refunded my order, made my pizza again (he knew I would get a cold one in a few minutes), and delivered it HIMSELF. The restaurant is very clean and the options to make your own pizza are great. I built my own pizza and it was hot and fresh. For $9 it's a really inexpensive option to have a custom made pizza. Worst Blaze experience of my life. The service of the pizza artists was mediocre at best. Never had to wait as long as I did for one single overpriced piece of soiled cardboard. They gave me my pizza and the crust was burnt. I repeat, BURNT. So a portion of my food was inedible. Not cool blaze. Also, considering the state of charred my pizza was, it was cold. A friend and I went to this location about 30 minutes before they closed, October 30, 2018. My first impression was that it looked great, shiny, and clean. We took a few minutes to peruse the menu. The staff was very friendly and took the time to explain what Blaze Pizza was all about. There are so many topping options. My friend opted to choose her toppings and also wanted garlic knots (These smelled so good.). I chose one of the Signature Pizzas. The two young gentlemen, Ross & Brandon, were very amiable. I tried to leave them a tip and was informed that they weren't allowed to take one. Everything was delicious. We were not disappointed. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone.
