Dinning Room and outdoor seating area are very good for three noisy goods and the staff has always been helpful. Pizzas are very good especially for the price. Each time we have gone we have kind of figured out what combinations we like, so to us the pizza has really gotten better each time we've visited. Pros: Fast service (faster than any other pizza place I've ever been to). Reasonably good ingredients (even the crust which is cooked in advance, I think). Cons: Pizzas were not actively kept warm in the time between when it was prepared and when I arrived. The amount of cheese, sauce and toppings on the pizzas were less than half of the amount I would get anywhere else on the same size pizza. I am amazed anybody thinks this is a good idea. The staff is super friendly. Always checks the quality of the pizza as it comes out. Will remake pizza even you think it's alright. They have extremely high standards of quality. We often come in after softball practice when it's close to closing (reasonably- not like minutes before closing) and they never make us feel uncomfortable. Blaze is hands down my favorite pizza chain. It's organized like subway, where you are able to choose as many toppings as you want with no extra charge. They have an abundance of toppings, creating almost limitless options for pizza. Once you're done the pizza is wood-fires and ready for you to eat in just 180 seconds. This pizza was just purely amazing. It's a Build Your Own pizza place with all the toppings you could ask for. From White to Red to Pesto sauce, they all taste fresh. If I could give it lower I would! First of all the seating is terrible. If you have a party of more than 4 then you will have sit outside and hope you can get the only 6 topper in the place. The pizza is not much better. We ordered the art lover which should be renamed to tomato sauce lover and mozzarella cheese hater. There was virtually no mozzarella cheese even through it's a listed ingredient but I guess they made up for it with a gallon of sauce. Save your money and go to a better pizza joint! read more

4 stars for the new location in west Viera! I stopped in with my toddler to pick up 5 to-go pies. The queue was nearly out the door as people lined up to participate in their "free pizza day" promotion. The staff was super-friendly and extremely accommodating to food allergies and preferences. A bit of chaos ensued (rightly so with the volume of orders) at the oven. There didn't seem to be any method to the madness in terms of when someone's pie went in and when it came out. 3 of my 5 pies came out and sat on the counter before my other 2 were ready, 10 minutes later, after the patrons behind me received theirs. After getting home, I also realized I was given a Red Vine instead of the Hot Link requested. All of that said, the pizzas were thoroughly enjoyed by my entire household. The most rude workers I have ever encountered. My boyfriend and I went in an hour and a half before they closed for a single cheese pizza, the workers treated us like we walked in a minute before closing time. No welcoming, friendliness or even common courtesy. I even felt awkward asking where the restroom was because I was hesitant to encounter with the rude teenage workers again. We used to live in Titusville and eat at a place called pizza@ . Blaze pizza is a similar idea to that but comes nowhere near the tastiness for the friendliness of pizza@ in Titusville. We have not gone back since all three of us did not care for our pizzas. read more

This is our first visit but won't be our last! Loved that we could each have our own pizza (or 1/2 pizza for those not so hungry). I tried the Meat Eater with mushrooms on the thicker crust. Fantastic. My guy had the BYO with the spicy red sauce and almost everything else they had. He loved it. Probably the best pizza we've had since we moved here from Ohio (home of great pizza)!!! Two pizzas, a Caesar salad and a drink cost us $26. On a side note... one of the employees, Kenan, tried to grab extra napkins while delivering pizzas and dropped one pizza on the floor. The service has been notably good and all the employees have been very helpful. Recently, we took note of the exceptional service being provided by Robert Parker (Keenan), a young adult employee who was helping customers on the outdoor seating area. We just stumbled on to this place today and were really glad we did! Even though I couldn't have pizza, my husband did. He said it was great! I got a salad with chicken and blue cheese. All the greens were very fresh, I got my choice of toppings, and really enjoyed my salad. My husband's pizza was a "Meat Eaters". He said it was cooked well, the crust was crisp in the right place (the edge crust) the rest of the crust was tender and crisp at the same time. He said the sauce was really good, too. Blaze is an excellent pizza chain and one that I frequent often (various locations in Orlando and Brevard). This location is clean with friendly staff - but they NEVER cook the pizzas long enough. Each time I go to this specific location the pizza is doughy, and falling apart when you pick it up. Please cook the pizzas longer and take your time with them in the oven. read more
