Blaze Pizza has been a spot that I have been wanting to go to ever since their first location popped up. It was one of those places that I always walked by thinking "Oh, I'll go there some time" but then years go by and it never happens. Grayson and I finally stopped by Blaze Pizza couple weeks ago to grab a pie. You are greeted with a large seating area when you first walking into the restaurant. It has a casual feel where you order up front and then have a choice of taking your pizza to go or choosing a table to sit at. We were there on a quiet day so most of the seats were available but we chose to take our pizza to go and enjoy the sunshine. When you order, you can choose from one of their signature pizza styles or you can choose to build your own. We decided to get the 11″ build our own pizza so we could choose our own toppings. After you order your pizza, you walk along the food prep area to choose your toppings. We got our 11″ pizza with their signature crust, red sauce, mozzarella cheese, applewood bacon, chicken, every veggie they had and pesto drizzle. We loved how our pizza turned out. The crust was thin and crispy as we predicted and the toppings on top was of abundance! I mean, I wouldn't know how you could possibly top it with anything else! There were lots of veggies on our pizza which was great but we hardly noticed any bacon and chicken on there. We didn't mind though because there were more than enough veggies to pack each bite with flavour. We'd definitely come back again another time!

a good friend of mine who is obsesses with Lebron james, told me that Blaze pizza ( wherein Lebron is part-owner) will be opening several branches in BC. sure enough, first one opened in south surrey. promptly made plans with my friend to go and try it out. i didnt get my hopes up, as ive pretty much tried every good pizza in vancouver! plus, lebron isnt a chef or anything, so didnt wanna expect much. the concept is quite simple, either you build your own or you order from their set flavour menus. and, everything, including the dough is made fresh! all the toppings are not frozen. they are laid out in cooler bins like subway. like an assembly line, you pick the what kind of dough/crust you want ex: thin, thick, etc.. toppings, then the pizza is roasted in a pseudo stone oven right before your eyes...to the right of the counter is a plethora of drink options including several agua fresca flavours. all refillable! we got 1 build your own meat lovers pizza and another meat lovers from the menu. ( oh yeah, we love meat!) lol! all the meats tasted really good and fresh! even the onions and vegs were fresh, even fresh arugula! several cheese choices from standard mozzarella to parmesan to gorgonzola. all pizzas cost the same, even the build your own. only exception is the basic cheese and tomato sauce! but you can pile on as many kinds of toppings and as much as you want on the pizza! coking time is around 5 mins or less, and after, you get an outstanding pizza worthy of the King! now what makes this pizza awesome? its not the toppings or the free drinks or the magical sauce or cheeses etc. what makes it great is the crust! the think crust that they make is simply put, very very good! its think and light, yet strong enough to hold the toppings. the edges are bubbly and the under layer is charred just right, creating a masterpiece! the crust is literally like a nyc or napoli pizza! its that good! and you compliment that with fresh and quality ingredients, at a reasonable price, you have a winner! im already salivating just thinking of my next visit! its worth the drive to sample such quality pizza! service is quick and staff ready to answer any questions or give suggestions. surroundings are clean and well kept. even take out boxes are self serve and already stacked for the taking. cheers! happy eating!!

So this is like a subway except for instead of building a sub you build a pizza. There are tons of toppings to choose from (both meat and veggies) and even different types of cheese (including vegan) Being my first time here I went a little crazy with the toppings because I wanted to try most of them. When my pizza got to the end of the line I was a bit worried as it was piled high and I thought it would come out soggy. However, they threw it into the fire oven for 5 minutes and it came out crispy and delicious! You have an option to add some finishing sauces after your pizza comes out. I chose the balsamic glaze...yum! I'm really surprised you can add unlimited toppings at no extra cost! One pizza comes to just under $13! Great deal. Delicious pizza. I will definitely be back!

PRAISE BLAZE PIZZA! Hallelujah for coming to South Surrey! First off, they sure know how to get your attention and get my pizza loving tush over here - Free Pizza on Grand Opening day AND a Free Pizza Coupon in the mail! Advertisement WIN! Secondly, beautifully new restaurant with high ceilings and tons of large booth table seating and high bar seating. The how-to-order menu and ingredient names are clear and nicely presented at the ordering counter. Third, the staff are super friendly, helpful and great customer service from start to finish! Greeted us immediately, asked if we ate here before and explained the pizza making process, made our pizza with care and patience as we hummed and hawed over the multiple ingredients available, fired up our pizza in 180 seconds and even came by our table and asked how the food was and offered to clear our table! Customer service at its prime! Lastly and the most important... the PIZZA! It was incredibly delicious! My boyfriend and I each Built our Own Pizza. We started off with the Original Dough, which is made fresh and in house daily - I saw it happening in store too! You also have a choice of high-rise dough or gluten-free with an additional charge. We then topped it off with our choice(s) of Sauce, Cheeses, Meats, Veggies and Finishes. I love their variety and I especially love the fact that you can add as much of a topping as you'd like - extra grilled chicken? YES! extra cheese? YES! extra pineapples? YES! I especially loved the Ovalini Mozzarella - huge chunks of mozzarella is divine! Everything looked fresh and the staff decorated the pizza with care. Once your masterpiece is done, it's placed into an open fire oven and in 180 seconds you have a piping hot pizza with a perfectly crispy and airy crust! Even with all these options, and you need an extra kick? There's parmesan, sriracha and tabasco at the back of the restaurant! The pizza was substantial for an individual, such a unique and perfectly personal pizza that you can't get anywhere else. I had a grilled chicken, apple-smoked bacon, shredded mozzarella, ovalini mozzarella, pineapples, green peppers, mushrooms, spinach and oregano pizza - try finding all of that for $12.85! I only ate half of my pizza and they had a convenient half pizza box for my leftovers (found in the back as well). But if options aren't your thing, they have preset Signature Pizzas or go simple with a 1 Topping Pizza ($8.65) or Simple Pie (7.95)! To accompany your pizza you can order Salads, Cold Drinks, Desserts and even Beer and Wine! Overall, I'm crazy for Blaze Pizza and I can't wait to create my next pizza - the options are endless and my love for their pizza is bottomless. Welcome to BC Blaze Pizza!

We found out about this place through a post on Facebook; from what the staff has shared, this is the first ever Blaze Pizza location in British Columbia. For opening day, they gave out a free pizza to every customer -- yes, an ENTIRE pizza, for FREE! Usually, with events where something free is given away, the customer service and speed gets impacted, but surprisingly, this was not the case at all. This restaurant is located in Morgan Crossing, so there is ample parking here. There is plenty of seating on the inside, with over ten booths and a couple of high tables. It's pretty awesome, you get to follow your own pizza as it's being created, and the staff here is phenomenal. They've got signature pizzas and build your owns, with tons of different toppings and sauces. Pizzas are fast fire'd in the over for 180 seconds. Plus, finishes that can be added on afterwards! We ordered vegan pizzas and they were both delicious. All in all, a great experience. I would definitely come back here with friends. Lastly, if you download the app and sign up, you automatically get a free drink, which is another bonus.

Must try Art Lovers! Who knew ricotta and artichokes would be so delicious on pizza?!? Pizza tastes so fresh and healthy and I love how the crust is not greasy. I could eat the whole thing by myself but must control myself. Went on opening day when they were giving out free pizzas. Loved how the staff were so friendly and cheerful even though some of them had a long stressful day. We came back the next day and had a great experience again. Will be going back this weekend. Fyi - Spicy red sauce is SPICY! Not mild, it's hot! Be warned lol

So disappointed, not like it was in the past, was one of my favourite places. BBQ chicken pizza Can you cut back on the banana peppers and give me a little garlic. That is 1.20 extra. They do not take cash. I only use cash due to a banking problem I have at the moment. So the girlfriend had to pay. There was 10 or 12 pieces of chicken per whole pizza. The pieces are smaller them 1/2"by1/2 inch. As I said so disappointed and I have told so many friends how good this place is

Just ordered two pizzas today thru skip the dish app. My pizza was covered in the balsamic glaze. So the whole pizza was soggy. It is only supposed to be a drizzle. Also, I asked for goat cheese. There was hardly any on the pizza. To be honest, if you don't pick it up yourself, it seems the more expensive ingredients are hardly seen! For the price, especially thru SkipTheDishes, I expect better. Not

    New and clean.

He would give me the crook eye and say "alright" as he disappeared into the back I heard "10 min " A perfectly acceptable wait time for a good poutine. "What make a great poutine? You ask. The perfect gravy is essential chicken, beef, or mushroom gravy is acceptable. A cheese "curd" so soft and ready to melt it's pre sweating with anticipation. Gravy must be hot enough to melt all the curds before the box it's served in is opened for inspection. So what kind of poutine did I get? A grade A grand slam baby. It was almost perfect less a couple fries that could have been turfed instead of smothered in gravy but heh, not expecting perfection. Food was great can't wait to try something a little more risky next time. Check em out but don't forget your shoes.

Nothing like that to start a morning on a positive track. That was my first mistake. Note: I ordered through the UberEats app. I ordered a Breakfast BLT meal, advertised as coming with hash browns and a coffee. I never received a coffee but was given a can of coke instead. No inquiry, ask, or heads-up from location. A coke =\= a coffee. I was not pleased as this was a primary reason for ordering. If you advertise coffee and don't have it, please let your customers know or take it off the menu entirely. Do not advertise what you aren't selling or be honest and make corrections as required. Please. Major points off for dishonesty and lack of service from me. The hashbrowns, the first item for me to try, were fried right. Very tasty, salted and seasoned to a nice degree. No complaints; they were actually very good. I ate them all, voraciously because.... As for the breakfast BLT.. Where was the flavour? All I could taste was bread, and a tiny blip on the radar of bacon, with lots of watery lettuce 'flavour'. I was very confused. For a sandwich with lettuce, tomato, egg, cheddar, mayo, and maple bacon, I sure tasted a lot of bread and lettuce with no salt or anything else. Very bland, not seasoned at all. Very disappointing and miserable tbh. Sorry to say :( I'm shocked. I've had Fatburger breakfast before and loved it. Keyword: BEFORE. In summary: I didn't drink the coke as I don't want a soda to start my day, i wanted coffee hence why it was ordered. I devoured the hashbrowns as they were the only enjoyable part of the meal I felt like eating, and the sandwich looked 'okay' on the surface but tasted poorly overall. Sadly, tossed. Wasted calories and not worth the money at all. No point for food pics this time around as they would only be deceiving, and the potatoes are all gone since I waited forever for delivery. I was hungry. Sorry, Team, I won't be back.

1 Star -- Accessibility Is a Legal Obligation, Not a Retroactive Excuse…read more My experience at Ignite Pizzeria was deeply disappointing -- not only because of the discriminatory treatment I encountered as a disabled person with a service dog, but because of how the business attempted to rationalize that treatment afterward. The response I received relied heavily on the assertion that staff "need more training." That explanation is not mitigating -- it is an admission of failure. Accessibility training is not something that is implemented after a disabled patron is harmed. It is a baseline operational requirement that should exist from the moment a business opens its doors to the public. Training is not limited to upselling, customer turnover, or branding. It must include disability awareness, lawful service-dog access, and accommodation obligations. A failure to train staff on these issues does not excuse discriminatory conduct -- it explains why it occurred and underscores that it was entirely preventable. British Columbia's Accessible BC Act and the provincial Accessible BC Plan make clear that organizations -- including customer-facing businesses -- are expected to proactively identify, remove, and prevent accessibility barriers. This includes attitudinal and procedural barriers created by untrained staff. Accessibility plans are being phased in as a mandatory requirement, and staff education is a core component of compliance. Accessibility is no longer aspirational or optional; it is a legislated expectation. Disabled patrons should not be treated as live training scenarios. We should not be required to endure exclusion or humiliation so that a business can later claim it has "learned" obligations that already exist under law. Until Ignite Pizzeria demonstrates that accessibility is embedded into its policies, training, and daily operations -- rather than offered as an after-the-fact excuse -- I cannot recommend this establishment to disabled individuals or those who care about inclusive and lawful business practices. Accessibility delayed is accessibility denied.
