His prices were so much more reasonable compared to other quotes we wondered if the job would be done as thoroughly as we wanted. But we need not have worried."Thorough" is exactly Greenleaf's approach. The team was impressively professional and so well organized everyone was FAST. The team used two high-end pieces of equipment: a bucket truck and a chipper. The chipper made big branches just vanish. I know our job was a small one compared to what they are capable of but it was a big deal to us and we are much more comfortable now that some large overhanging branches are gone. The plans were mindful of the well-being of the tree in question, a large Spanish Willow Oak which is mature and healthy but with a tendency to drop heavy limbs. Some branches had crossed others so in windy conditions they would rub and cause damage. The tree is more balanced and therefore steadier after Greenleaf's treatment. We didn't consider it good luck that a strong storm blew down a bunch of branches the night before our Greenleaf appointment but they took on this additional work just like the rest of the project although the damage was not strictly included in the estimate. This typified the Greenleaf approach: above and way beyond what we expected them to accomplish.
