My…read moreown personal interaction with this company resulted in a full blown argument because he wanted to come over with no notice and trim my trees a day before it was scheduled to be done. This was, he said, because it was convenient for him. When I informed him it wasn't a good time for my family, (My kid was taking an exam for a college course online) he went nuts, screaming and yelling about it being a "scheduling error" and saying "my wife screwed up my schedule, it's all her fault". Eventually I was told that either he was coming to cut my trees right then, or it would be never. I opted for never. Personally, I got no respect for a guy who puts his name as the owner, but blames his wife for the problems. In speaking with my friend, a fellow business owner who knew this guy very well, I found out that he's got a real reputation for this type of interaction.

There was no catch. We had several communications and settled on a delivery date. Who ever delivered the wood did an excellent job stacking it. The lengths were cut more even than I have ever received from someone. Haven't tried to burn it yet since I am still using wood from last year. The wood looks good though. Looks like it is ready to burn. Harry even texted me tonight to make sure I was happy with the wood, and I said I am.

I tested the wood it has a moisture level of 35% needs to be 21% to safely burn. I was ripped off. Update: Skip reached out to me after reading this review. He informed me the wood was delivered by his ex business partner Chris Snow. After checking, we did in fact pay Chris Snow. Skip delivered me enough wood to burn for the rest off the winter.
