He asked me some questions about my car, gave a detailed, understandable explanation of variations why...from best case scenario to worst case scenario. He even went out if his way to stay a little longer at the shop to insure my car got there safely and parked where he could get it inside to warm up to begin work the next day. He was able to get my car up and running without having to face the worse case scenario in one day.
