I originally called to schedule a transmission fluid and filter change. Before making the…read moreappointment, I called ahead to confirm that this service could be done, and I was told that it could. Later, when I learned there was a special on oil changes that included a tire rotation, I called back and added that service as well. I had also originally scheduled the vehicle for a wheel alignment. Before my appointment, a gentleman from the shop called and told me they could not perform the wheel alignment because they believed I had a bad upper ball joint. However, when I got home, I found that it only needed to be tightened. The ball joint is fine and was replaced just two months ago. As a result, the wheel alignment was not completed. They also called to inform me that they could not perform the transmission service because they did not have the correct parts. This was frustrating, as that was the exact reason I called ahead of time to confirm availability, and I was told they could complete the service. After picking up the vehicle and inspecting it, I noticed the wheel alignment had not been done either. In the end, the only service that was completed was the one I least needed, while the three main services I requested were not performed. I have had good experiences here in the past, which makes this especially disappointing. I did mention the tire rotation to the manager, but he was assisting another customer at the time, and I was unable to wait.

When I arrived, the worker behind the desk wouldn't scan the barcode on the email and kept arguing that there was no tire there for us. I asked to speak to someone else, at which point, he ran to the back and found our tire. The worker proceeds to give attitude because my last name is different from my wife's and keeps asking am I sure that I'm there for that item. I said look at the email. There is a barcode with instructions for you to scan and it has me listed right here as the alternative person to pick this tire up. The worker gave me a look and continued processing the order. A lady behind me told me this exact thing happened to her at this location not long ago. The tire was going on my spare rim but the worker argued with me saying I needed to buy a balancing package and that he couldn't continue the order without me processing it. I again said this is just for the spare and he got mad and said I needed to pick one. I picked one at which point the worker said oh it's the spare you don't have to purchase a balancing package. I was given a slip with a barcode and the tire was taken away. After the tire was taken back to get mounted, I walked around the store. I received a phone call about 15 minutes later that said my items are ready and I needed to let them know what parking spot I am in. I said I'm just picking a tire up and was treated like I didn't know what I was talking about. They told me if I was sure that's all I ordered to go back to automotive. I go back to automotive and hand the slip to the worker. I said I'm here to pickup my spare tire and he says they don't have any paperwork for it. I said man I'm not doing this again here is my email, here is the slip I was given, and he is my phone log with Walmarts number that just called me. This worker tells me if Walmart called me I must have groceries to pickup. I said no I'm only here for a tire here's my name for you to look up. The workers looks at the computer and says oh yeah here it is but it's not ready yet. I wait for another 30 minutes and finally get my tire. Overall this was a nightmare and I will not be back to Walmart for anymore tires. Would not recommend
