Steak bites were tender and full of flavor, the veggies were well cooked yet still crisp. This dish was well executed on all points. The Kagumi roll was huge and well done. Lots of flavor. I like that the menu is simple and easy to navigate with not a ton of options to confuse you. The lady taking my order was extremely pleasant and friendly. One of the better food truck meals I've had in a while.
