Talk about a hole in the wall that delivers much bigger than the space it occupies! First, the owners are among the nicest folks you could hope to meet. I can't think of a time I've visited where at least one of them were there putting in the work, and doing so with genuine kindness. Customer service is on point here. The sandwich menu is extensive and a lot to take in at first. Slow down, read it and find what you want, there'll be something there. From epic subs, to loaded potatoes. Which are gargantuan BTW to some hummus and even soups. The meat lovers with a spinach wrap is my favorite and go to, but also enjoy their take on a Philly cheese steak and also the broccoli cheddar spud. We discovered Subs & Mo on Yelp and were not disappointed. Honestly the best sub spot in Broken Arrow. The first time we went it was peak lunch and the place was packed. There's barely a sign outside and the menu is handwritten, which somehow made it feel like we found a hidden gem. I got the Philly cheesesteak and my boyfriend got the club. Both were amazing. Great quality, fair prices, and the staff were super friendly. We went back again with a friend visiting from out of town. They got the Philly and I tried the French dip. WOW. When I first walked in, it's very humble, but smells good like fresh baked bread. The person who took my order was very friendly and kind. The menu has great prices and I've heard great reviews. I decided to try the Philly steak and unfortunately that's where the positive things stop. I feel it should be a 3.5 because it was not bad, but it was also not good. The sandwich was large in size for a regular sandwich. They did not skimp on the ingredients, however, the steak tasted like ground beef and had a weird seasoning unlike any flavor I've had on any cheesesteak anywhere. I could not finish the sandwich and the flavor just really was not good. I also tried the pasta salad, and I usually love pasta salads of all kinds, but this one had dressing that I don't know how to describe, but maybe a little sour. It was just not good either. Unfortunately, this was $12 that I wasted and I might go again and try a regular sandwich versus one of the hot sandwiches, but I'm not sure because if the ingredients are not normal, then I don't want to eat here. read more

Pros: this place gets very busy at lunch. The people working here are so incredibly nice and so friendly. They provide huge portions. great value. The three of us ate for less than $20. The place smells like fresh baked bread. When we arrived, I had high hopes. Cons: none of us like our food. None of us finished our food. I tried to take the food home and eat it the next day, but it wasn't good then either. My husband got the French dip. His brother got a meat, lover sandwich and I wanted a baked potato fully loaded, but they didn't have that option. They told my husband the closest option to that would be a Philly cheesesteak potato with cream cheese? I didn't like the quality of the meat. This place was so hard to find if it wasn't for the pictures and the tips on yelp, we would've never found it. And actually, I told my coworker that I didn't like this place. Yesterday, I tried the cheesesteak sandwich. First time visiting this restaurant and was very excited. I also got the pasta salad. It was not good, but not as bad as the cheesesteak! I asked for NO mushrooms, but it had a lot on it! So, had to work on picking those off. The meat tasted like a bad, unflavored roast! The bread was toasted, so I couldn't tell if it was fresh or not. It was covered in melted, toasted cheese, but still not good. I left my whole $12.99 dinner after 2 bites & went to Capriotti's where they have wonderful cheesesteak subs. We got the Greek salad, gyros, and a kids spaghetti. Everyone was happy with their meal. It's a little hole in the wall and the signage on the building is easy to miss so be on the lookout for it. We jumped on the bandwagon and got subs for lunch, chicken parm on white sub roll for my husband and Reuben + onions on white for me. As it was 11:50 when I arrived, there was a 20 minute wait, but everyone seemed happily willing to wait which just reinforced my willingness to wait too. It obviously was going to be worth it! There were probably 40 people in and out during that 25 min wait, and only 2 people opted to not wait. Two very jovial men came in shortly after I placed my order and laughingly said to everyone, "you guys HAVE to stop telling people about this place!" This started a lot of chatter amongst the patrons about how we all heard about it, many from an online review group. The space was small and a little tight for so many people waiting but I would bet they move into a larger place quickly as they are incredibly popular. Everything was packaged well and traveled home nicely and was still hot when we sat down to eat. The made-in-house sub rolls were soft and yummy, and the sandwiches were packed with meat and toppings. Not an inch was spared. I went there this week after seeing it all over TikTok and within 10 hours, I was in the ER with the worst food poisoning of my life. This was the only food I had eaten the whole day so I knew it had to be the culprit. I got a chicken Caesar salad sandwich and a lemonade. The sandwich wasn't bad, I think I would give it a 6/10 on taste. The lemonade was good but that's kind of hard to mess up. The price was $10, which I was thrilled with but now... I will never risk this again. The owner and family was very nice, but 3 missed days of work and some of the worst pain I've experienced was not worth me not warning others. Everything we have tried so far is delicious! The owners are so kind and the food is always fresh. My favorite order is the toasted turkey sub with banana peppers and a side of chili spaghetti. Walking to Sub's & Mo is a little confusing due to the fact that they do not have an exterior sign for the building. Upon entering there were a couple of other patrons dining in. The menu is over head and I chose 2 subs. The Philly cheese steak and the French dip to go. While waiting on the food to be made I ventured my way to the restroom and noticed that there could be some room for improvement of the fixtures but the necessities were there. I noticed by the drink dispencerr that there are several different types of drink flavor additives you can put into your drink(s). Customer Service: 4 out of 5 Cleanliness: 3 out of 5 Speed of Service: 5 out of 5 Taste: 2 out of 5 Would I Return: 2 out of 5 Overall the customer service was friendly and he even offered a suggestion for the Philly Steak. Cleanliness: Over all wasn't bad. The tables were clean as well as the restrooms. Speed of Service: Great, no complaints. Taste: Poor on both subs. The meat was shaved super thin and reminded me of ground beef. The French dip sub itself was a bit too salty.
