When I first walked in, it's very humble, but smells good like fresh baked bread. The person who took my order was very friendly and kind. The menu has great prices and I've heard great reviews. I decided to try the Philly steak and unfortunately that's where the positive things stop. I feel it should be a 3.5 because it was not bad, but it was also not good. The sandwich was large in size for a regular sandwich. They did not skimp on the ingredients, however, the steak tasted like ground beef and had a weird seasoning unlike any flavor I've had on any cheesesteak anywhere. I could not finish the sandwich and the flavor just really was not good. I also tried the pasta salad, and I usually love pasta salads of all kinds, but this one had dressing that I don't know how to describe, but maybe a little sour. It was just not good either. Unfortunately, this was $12 that I wasted and I might go again and try a regular sandwich versus one of the hot sandwiches, but I'm not sure because if the ingredients are not normal, then I don't want to eat here. read more

Pros: this place gets very busy at lunch. The people working here are so incredibly nice and so friendly. They provide huge portions. great value. The three of us ate for less than $20. The place smells like fresh baked bread. When we arrived, I had high hopes. Cons: none of us like our food. None of us finished our food. I tried to take the food home and eat it the next day, but it wasn't good then either. My husband got the French dip. His brother got a meat, lover sandwich and I wanted a baked potato fully loaded, but they didn't have that option. They told my husband the closest option to that would be a Philly cheesesteak potato with cream cheese? I didn't like the quality of the meat. This place was so hard to find if it wasn't for the pictures and the tips on yelp, we would've never found it. And actually, I told my coworker that I didn't like this place. We got the Greek salad, gyros, and a kids spaghetti. Everyone was happy with their meal. It's a little hole in the wall and the signage on the building is easy to miss so be on the lookout for it. I went there this week after seeing it all over TikTok and within 10 hours, I was in the ER with the worst food poisoning of my life. This was the only food I had eaten the whole day so I knew it had to be the culprit. I got a chicken Caesar salad sandwich and a lemonade. The sandwich wasn't bad, I think I would give it a 6/10 on taste. The lemonade was good but that's kind of hard to mess up. The price was $10, which I was thrilled with but now... I will never risk this again. The owner and family was very nice, but 3 missed days of work and some of the worst pain I've experienced was not worth me not warning others. We jumped on the bandwagon and got subs for lunch, chicken parm on white sub roll for my husband and Reuben + onions on white for me. As it was 11:50 when I arrived, there was a 20 minute wait, but everyone seemed happily willing to wait which just reinforced my willingness to wait too. It obviously was going to be worth it! There were probably 40 people in and out during that 25 min wait, and only 2 people opted to not wait. Two very jovial men came in shortly after I placed my order and laughingly said to everyone, "you guys HAVE to stop telling people about this place!" This started a lot of chatter amongst the patrons about how we all heard about it, many from an online review group. The space was small and a little tight for so many people waiting but I would bet they move into a larger place quickly as they are incredibly popular. Everything was packaged well and traveled home nicely and was still hot when we sat down to eat. The made-in-house sub rolls were soft and yummy, and the sandwiches were packed with meat and toppings. Not an inch was spared. Walking to Sub's & Mo is a little confusing due to the fact that they do not have an exterior sign for the building. Upon entering there were a couple of other patrons dining in. The menu is over head and I chose 2 subs. The Philly cheese steak and the French dip to go. While waiting on the food to be made I ventured my way to the restroom and noticed that there could be some room for improvement of the fixtures but the necessities were there. I noticed by the drink dispencerr that there are several different types of drink flavor additives you can put into your drink(s). Customer Service: 4 out of 5 Cleanliness: 3 out of 5 Speed of Service: 5 out of 5 Taste: 2 out of 5 Would I Return: 2 out of 5 Overall the customer service was friendly and he even offered a suggestion for the Philly Steak. You will have difficulty finding a higher rated sandwich in Tulsa County. I was going to try one and just say "ditto." They are seductive looking sandwiches, but I'm subbed out, so I substituted a salad for a sub. If you know what I mean. A tuna salad for me and a cup of today's soup which was Lemon Lentil. Full disclosure, I am not a fan of lintels. I have had lentil soup before at middle eastern restaurants that was delicious. This was not. Back to the salad. The salad was in an enormous bowl, packed with a copious amount of attractively sliced and arranged fresh vegetables on fresh crisp lettuce. The garden was well represented. Completing the salad were two big piles of grated cheese in each corner, separated by a mound of tuna salad. On the side a 4oz serving of the Golden Italian dressing, which went very well with this salad combination. Check the pictures. Just like the Subs the salads here can't be beat. Here is the challenge; 1) find a bigger fresher salad in Broken Arrow, 2) see if you can recreate this salad a home for the price, and 3) eat a Subs & Mo! salad all in one setting. It won't be done; it can't be done. The salad part of the salad was fantastic. The tuna salad part of the salad could have been better. There was a little too much mayo which made the tuna mixture a little runny. My wife had the Greek Salad with Chicken. Another enormous bowl with the components typically found on a Greek salad. A double hand full of chicken on top decorated with crumbled feta and pita wedges. Her dressing of choice was the tzatziki. This was a very good salad. It won though. She cleared about 2/3s of it and had to throw down the fork. She liked it. The restaurant is a frugal, family ran business. Free labor; school is out so #1 son was manning the counter. Handmade signs, menu boards and menus. Chairs, tables, booths and empty white walls is the décor. Roomy, clean, and comfortable seating. read more

My wife and I discovered this gem about a year ago...been a fan ever since. The owners are very welcoming and show a concern for the quality of how the food is prepared. The location may be small, but they' always go out of their way to make your wait as short as possible. It's the little things like the fact they bake the bread every day or the fact there are so many options to help you build your ideal menu item. (Plus the prices are extremely reasonable...which these days is a rarity.) My wife has even created her own meal item that she repeatedly orders...so much so, she just says "the usual" and they know exactly what she means.(She orders the Roast beef spud, no cheese, but instead chopped up cooked carrots, onions, mushrooms.. all mixed with some butter and au jus sauce to make what she refers to as a "Pot Roast Spud." These wonderful folks have managed to do something that not many small businesses can do...for example they have a huge fan base for not being open that long and within that are many that are repeat customers...and some are so much of a repeat customer. (Much like us who are there 3-4 times a week.) Like I said, ""we are fans." ) I am thankful for a place like this and even more so for Mo and his family. Wonderful people and great food.
