I scheduled a last second appointment with Johnny, normally I would understand If he cannot make it or he is late because of the little amount of notice. He confirmed the appointment, and I waited over 30 minutes at the shop for him to be there. I texted him and said he did not see the booking, and that the booking service he uses automatically confirms the appointment. That was weird, however I understand, and simply asked for a refund of the deposit (he could still keep the tip I also pre-paid). He said that the refund is non-refundable despite this whole fiasco. i am not going to argue policy, but when it is a problem your system creates I feel like I should be able to get a refund, especially when you are confirming appointments you do not show up to. He is a very talented barber, and I have 0 complaints about the shop, or his ability as a barber. I had been cut by him previously, which is why I booked this appointment in the first place. read more

I would be giving this place a one star but I haven't had an issue until today. I scheduled a haircut appointment in advance for February 4th. (Today) at the earliest time the could give which was 10am. There hours of operation is 10am-8pm so assuming it'll be opened already. I have had no issues before but it did always seem that the barbers were on their own time and didn't much care. Which is confusing because why have appointment times if they do whatever they want. I show up at 10:01 and the store was closed. Very odd but didn't read too much into it. I gave playboy Maike the benefit of the doubt. We all run late sometimes. I waited until 1030am and no show. No barbers or anything to open. Which is funny because the operation hours are from 10am... I find it pointless that you have a appointment system on your website if no one is gonna show up. Seems like there's never a manager to delegate and again they just come whenever they feel like. I'm glad I was responsible enough to not pay in advance because of something like this. This place was somewhat professional, but this is ridiculous & lost my service. As well as the barber raising the prices for his haircuts 10$ when he can't show up on time. This place is probably good if you need a haircut in a rush, but long term barber might need to find another shop. read more
