All of my questions were answered: Can we get financed (yes - 12 months no interest)? Do you have a long turn around time (no there is plenty of on-site merchandise)? Do you deliver (yes $15 in town)? Phil made our transaction go smoothly and we even had same-say delivery! Everyone was professional and friendly. Queen size bed, chest of drawers, tv stand/storage unit, sofa and coffee table were purchased today. It was delivered and set up quickly! Because of her experience as an interior decorator, I really valued her insights. On installation day, I was truly impressed by Jake, Carlos, and the team. They worked tirelessly to remove the old countertops and backsplash and to ensure the heavy new countertops were perfectly aligned and level. I had no idea how physically demanding this work could be. The next day, during backsplash installation, the same praise goes to Patrick, Frank, Eddie, and Austin. They spent hours bending over the counters, meticulously cutting, placing, and grouting ceramic tiles on four walls. That has to be backbreaking, especially for someone as tall as Frank! A few days later the screen door broke again and after I called him he came out to Grandview 45 minutes later, all the way from West Olathe to reassess the issue and fix it for good this time. He refused any payment since it was not a new issue. Kip and Cameron are professional, fast workers, and have a great sense of humor. They truly turned our "Honey Do's" into "Honey DONE's".

I don't know where those words came from but it wasn't enjoyable. 5 years later to today... I didn't detect that odor. It was well lit. The idles were clear to push a cart. This is NOT and upscale/antique goldmine. It is a place that you might find something you didn't expect... as all thrift shops are. Prices? Generally high/very high on clothes. I go thru there books and oddities and baskets. This is what I don't find in most thrift shops- friendly people. The ladies at the register actually are really nice and can be very helpful about items inside the store. This store raises money for special needs programs. Donating here isn't fun but I like supporting companies who really help others. Don't expect a Thank You when donating. Just know that if rough times happen - it is stores like this that help.
