All of my questions were answered: Can we get financed (yes - 12 months no interest)? Do you have a long turn around time (no there is plenty of on-site merchandise)? Do you deliver (yes $15 in town)? Phil made our transaction go smoothly and we even had same-say delivery! Everyone was professional and friendly. Queen size bed, chest of drawers, tv stand/storage unit, sofa and coffee table were purchased today. It was delivered and set up quickly! He was rude and disrespectful because he was…read moremoving my furniture out my house and some other people were buying other items and he all pissy because he wanted to auction off and so I thought that was disrespectful to me because I couldn't control what other people were trying to buy and then he threatened to just put all the furniture back. my next disagreement I found out was the the things that he took he me with fees $300 to take the items away and also over 50% profit on anything auctioned off which I understood that part but he had a lot of fees that he didn't disclose at the time that we were doing the third thing I didn't like is you don't itemized account of everything that you he's taken out your house once he takes it out. He wants to send you a statement of just the things that he sold and then it makes it difficult for you to keep track of everything that left your house so I didn't get compensated for half the things that he took so to me I wouldn't recommend Strickland cause I think he's a crook

The running average for used merchandise that was labeled was around 60% of list price of current versions of the same thing. Many of the items were not priced and I found an older gentleman who seemed to be in charge who priced a few things in which I was interested. I found a used pair of hand drums that were missing some parts and had a broken head. He offered the pair for $150 and said that that would include tax since I was paying with cash. When we got to the counter, he changed the price to $200 plus tax. Hear me clearly folks--Full disclosure here: I own a music store in a different county. I was interested in the hand drums for me personally just as a normal guy off of the street. I am in no way bashing this place nor this guy, as maybe he was just having a bad day or some troubles with the memory banks. I am just simply offering this advice: please be careful that when you shop here a) you know the value of what you are buying and b) the management honors his word and sticks to his commitments.

I was amazed by the huge selection she had! The store also helps the community through consignments to promote their creativity. Prices are very reasonable too. I was surprised to find out that Blends N Trends were not on Yelp, so I told Heather that I would submit her business to Yelp and be honored to do her first review. Best and easiest way to get pumpkins without wading through tons of people that are just there for fall play. The pumpkins are well grown and unique which at the low per lbs rate makes them a great value. Go check this place out! Their service people are knowledgeable and friendly, however management is forgetful and fails to keep their scheduling appointments.,,,,resulting in rescheduling after rescheduling after rescheduling and time and money lost on your part waiting for a serviceman that's not coming. Due to their lack of scheduling skills, they do give you the option of you leaving your home unlocked so that they can enter your residence and service your appliances with you gone, however personally I feel uncomfortable with that option. Unfortunately I can not recommend their service due to their unreliability and lack of professionalism.... suggesting that if you need appliance repair, take a little time and effort to locate a professional service. You can (as I have) found that there are reputable appliance repair persons in the Ottawa area that are more than eager to service the Paola/Ottawa area.
