We had a narrow window to get the work done because we were leaving town less than 24 hours later! Josh accommodated our schedule and was at our house early the next morning as promised, on time. Extra credit for being very courteous. Josh completed both of our jobs done efficiently and professionally, no fuss, no mess. When the bill was presented, it was well within what he had told us to expect, so no painful surprise there either. It was a great experience all around. They told me the companies tile guy quite so the plumbers were having to do the tile and plumbing. The owner himself was also doing the tile. Needless to say the tile work is bad. The threshold of the shower was cut backwards and installed upside down. The beveled edge for that section is on the bottom so it does not match the rest of the threshold. Tile not level poor spacing and the wall of tile bows out. Not professional workmanship at all. I would not recommend this company to do any tile work or plumbing to my enemy. Here is why I do not recommend them for plumbing either. The bathroom remodel tile shower is the most aggravating. The one show leaks under the big plastic rubber base they put down before putting in the stone in the bottom of the shower. We now cannot use the shower because when anyone showers the water runs out from under the shower and into the bedroom carpet. A train wreck of a job. Beautiful expensive tile and stone ruined by terrible craftsmanship and a bathroom that leaks bad when used. What a train wreck. I talked to the owner and he wants me to pay for all the replacement tile and stone if they to come out and demo the shower base and redo it. He also wants me to pay for the labor. This should have been done correctly the first time and I should not have to pay for more tile or the labor to fixed the disaster they created. This company does not stand by its work. Do not use this company for detailed quality bathroom remodel work. My recommendation is Just use them to unclog your drain.
