He replaced the old two handle with a one handle (Moen). He had to cut the dry wall in the closet to do so. He did a very good job. His quote to do this in total was $650.00. Today is Thanksgiving and mom's toilet overflowed onto the floor and carpet in the hall. I called around 9:00am hoping and praying he would answer. It went to voicemail however he called back as I was about to leave a message. I've done a review 2 years ago for Sean when we had the Niagara Falls of leaks in the kitchen when filters under the kitchen sink busted and we had water everywhere and it wasn't stopping. A neighbor shut off the water and after calling several plumbers with no one answering Sean answered his and came over right away at about 4:30pm. He was a life saver. With this incident today he was here within 30 minutes and got the job done promptly and he did one extra little service for us that he didn't have to and it was to use a wet vac and get up over a gallon of toilet water off the carpet. I call him first now and we use him exclusively because somehow we have issues with pipes and toilets on the holidays and after hours it seems and he has always been able to come to ASAP and so far always on the same day. We lucked out with it being on Thanksgiving because I doubt others other plumbers would have answered. We tried calling pest control on Mother's Day when a wasp nest on our walkway with live wasps. No one was answering who was going to charge $600 and then told us an easy way to handle it ourselves by using by using soapy water. We had a mainline clog that just happened to work itself out before the plumber got here. Sean couldn't have been nicer. He was one of the only people to give us a decent quote, showed up on time, and then didn't charge us since the clog had just sorted itself out.
