Him and his team were able to get us in next day and did the work quickly and left us with such a transformation! We needed a lot of big bushes cut back by quite a bit and had a Palo Verde Tree that we were unsure if we wanted cut down or just trimmed. He provided us quotes for every option and we ended up going with just having it trimmed. He asked us for feedback as he went to make sure i was left with something i was happy with. His prices were great for the work they do + the clean up and haul away. I was really impressed and will be giving their name out to everyone i know and next time we need some work done...i know who to call. I'm confident that whatever you need, they can do it. I did so and got an initial estimate. I then asked for them to also plant flowers. I sent them several photos of flowers to let them know what I wanted. I was told that I would get an estimate, and that was not timely received. When I contacted them, they said that they would have to me by noon that day. When I called a couple of days later, they said that someone would have to come to my house to inspect in person, and the fee would be $97.00. I tried to talk reasonably with someone from the firm, but she simple repeated the standard line. I needed immediate attention, and now I am weeks along with a yard that does not look good, will likely get me a notice from the homeowner's association, and will now cost more to get taken care of. I am disappointed with the lack of timely response and the surprising insistence on a fee for an inspection. While the person I spoke with on the phone was polite, she made no offer for accommodation.
