Grant was professional and didn't pressure us to accept his help but true to the company motto "was there to help". We felt very comfortable with Grant and his team. Steve handled the labor side of repairing the damage and was very clear with his communication and the teams game plan. They gave us accurate quotes, true to industry standards, and was able to clearly show what was needed but also offered some options for upgrades at their cost (no markups). I really enjoyed the ease the process took with us as this was a new concept to my family and I. We felt like family by the end of it and recently got a call from Grant and Steve to see how things were a month later.
