Always fantastic! Got the Pad Se Yew at 6 spice level and it was the perfect amount of spice. Also you MUST get the mango sticky rice!!! So good.

The casual ambiance was exactly what we needed after an 11 hour road trip. The La Quinta desk clerk recommended them saying they were probably the best in the city. We were surprised to receive a serving of rice with our soup. The Tom Ka was good. I cannot have soy and they fixed my soup without tofu and soy sauce. That was great and a huge blessing. The gal who waited on us was knowledgeable and so very courteous. We were pleased and blessed.

I'll have to try more things on the menu because the seafood rice I got didn't do it for me. The oysters overpowered the dish. My husband enjoyed his dish though! Happy to see Thai available in more corners of the city.

As a Thai, Blessing Thai makes the closest authentic Thai taste you can find in Lincoln, NE.

The food is pretty good but the atmosphere and service are severely lacking. Order to go would be my recommendation. We both enjoyed the food and it was delivered promptly. But after ordering you are done. No checking on you, no refills, they are done with you. Not much inside. Basic tables and chairs in a strip mall. Order to go.

Outstanding food and service. We were visiting Lincoln from out of state, and we looked for local Thai food with great reviews. We had the pad Thai with tofu, and the drunken noodles with tofu, and both were excellent. They clearly have a bustling take-out service, as bags of food continued to be brought out of the kitchen. We highly recommend Blessing Thai!

I love this place and I usually always get the same thing: Thai Noodle Soup with Chicken and their Spring Rolls. Although I have tried their currys, and other soups, but I found my favorite one. They give you a ramekin of thai chilies to create your spice level unlike currys or other dishes which you go by 1-10 spice level prepared by the staff in the kitchen. I dumped all of my chilies in. Added some sriracha and called it good before the photo! Obviously you dont have to add them all but it's nice to add the amount you want so when the server has served you; the chilies can soften so it's not like eating a crunchy black peppercorn! This a large bowl by the way, the aerial shot doesn't do it justice. Think of like a large bowl of pho I sat 2 booths behind some thai women who came in after me and they both got 5 for their dishes and I heard them talking about how spicy it was more than once each lol. When I've done a 10 in my Panang Curry before. That was quite the food sauna, let me tell you. Try a 1-3 if you like spice. 4-6 if you like it spicy. 7-10 If you like really spicy. The place isn't fancy by any means but the food is just simply amazing! The server is a gem as well and is quick and prompt and polite. The food came out in 10-15 minutes. But the lunch crowd had dispersed as I went at 1:30 pm. I will always be looking forward to coming back

Blessing Thai is a small fammilu run restaurant on North 27 street in Lincoln. It's a little hard to find as it is in a strip mall behind the restaurant pads alongside the road. The interior is neither fancy nor cozy. But is more than acceptable for family's or small groups. I'm sure that they Do quite a large carry out businesss While deciding on our main courrse, we ordered spring rolls. When they came out they weekend quite good. We ordered mango rice with chicken and drunken noodles for myself. I ordered level 5 heat level out of 10. I did have that warm, I'm turning red sensation. But overall not that spicy. The meals were good and is definitely a place to come back to.

The pineapple fried rice was really good, and the shrimp in a blanket was a nice side to make a meal.

Pretty tasty food. Kind of on the pricier side, since you can go get the same taste at blue orchid for the same price but better atmosphere.

We were served our drinks immediately. We ordered spring rolls as apetiser followed by fiery shrimp for the hubs and bun tay kauswe for me. Spring rolls came and we realized we ordered the wrong ones we had really wanted fried ones. And he said that was egg rolls and swopped it out for us at no charge. Very impressed with seevice Hubby loved his fiery shrimp. When my bun tay kauswe came i was a little taken aback by the bland appearance. But with the lime and chilli flakes, omg was it good!! Probably waited 5 mins max so I was very impressed. I noticed the lights have the Vietnamese hat on it. Very creative. Menu had a lot of great options but I decided to try the bun dac biet (vermicelli noodle bowl). Let me tell you they did not disappoint!! Portion size of meat, noodles, and veggies were great. They prepared everything in a timely manner too. The servers were very attentive and kind. Also, when at a Vietnamese restaurant ca phe sua da (Vietnamese iced coffee) is always a must. I liked how they prepared everything for me in a to-go cup since I'm a slow sipper. Overall, really enjoyed my experience here. Will definitely be coming back to try their pho next.

I had the egg noodle and my wife had the glass noodle We both first noticed the broth seemed plain, not as enjoyable as in the past. It lacked the depth of flavor. The second thing we both noticed was that all of the proteins had been cut in half. Literally as in the shrimp had been sliced into 2 pieces. The balls all cut in thirds. But still charging same price. This was a bit upsetting The restaurant still nice and clean. We'll maintained. The staff was so so. Normally everything is spot on. I'm a little sad not leave a glowing review. But I call it like I see it

They dont have all drinks on the menu and the menu is not updated. They did tell us what was not available but was a generic dont have these and just slid his fingers on the menu. I finally got an iced lemon tea. We initially ordered egg rolls and a hot pot. We ordered spicy soup together with bok choy fungus( wood ear mushrooms) Beef, spam, fishballs and jumbo shrimp and egg noodles with a side of white rice. The soup came with a burner and it wasnt powerful enough to boil the soup on the pot. The pot had no definite style to it. Tasted like soy bean soup with some sichuan peppers. Not excessively spicy and not very flavourful. Our ingredients took a long while to come out- and our egg rolls eventually never came. Practically all the ingredients were frozen with the exception of the fungi and the egg noodles. The sauce station looks thrown together with takeout containers and plenty of sauce. The bbq sauce had part of a spoon which was broken off in the sauce. The sauces are similar to haidilao type just not as fresh. But the chives looked a little greyish. Overall, service is not fantastic. We did remind them multiple times about the egg rolls, but it still didn't ever arrive. They at least took it off the bill. We forgot to check about the missing bakchoy. Not sure we will be back anytime soon. Hubby wasn't quite happy with our dinner last night.
