Not a "thai snob" but know what tastes good to us, and all 3 dishes we ordered were delicious. I love glass noodles and will always order Pad Woon Sen, BT's Sukiyaki was essentially the same... but better! Normally PWS will be a pile of beautiful clear glass noodles with sauce and meat & veggies on top, nothing integrated together. Here the noodles have absorbed the sauce making everything so much tastier, it was the same for their Pad See Yew (we'd call it drunken noodles). There was hardly any "gravy" on the PSY, instead the noodles were infused with the flavor... yum! Our third dish was Pineapple Fried Rice and it was also very tasty. We travel along I-80 quite often and will definitely plan to make this a mandatory stop... we feel very blessed to have found this place. read more

I tried this place twice and won't be coming back. We ordered fresh spring rolls, samosas, and drunken noodles. The fresh spring rolls were mediocre and unseasoned. Basically it was iceberg lettuce, chunks of cucumber and a shrimp in each one. The drunken noodles were kind of bland. read more

Most delicious Thai food I've ever had! I was just passing through Nebraska with my friend and we picked this place at random as we were driving down the I-80. I've been to a lot of Thai restaurants, many in California, and this place was definitely above average. We enjoyed a very quiet lunch, I think we rolled in right after the rush, and everything from the tea to the curry was amazing. The phone number listed for this place on Yelp doesn't work-- final digit is 6, not 7. Blessings was near my hotel, good find. Wanted something light after a day of road food and their Tom yum soup did the trick. My favorite Tom yum ever is at Opart Thai in Chicago - they've kind of ruined me for Thai soups anywhere else but this was actually pretty good. I got it spice level 6 which was just right - good heat but not crazy. I pass through Lincoln a few times a year and based on other Yelp reviews will be back to try other dishes. read more

Over the last few weeks we have eaten here 3 times and the meals were good each and every time. Fair warning though they will ask you, on a scale of 1-10, what you prefer for spice/heat. Be cautious ordering at or above a "7". I liked it at 7 but it was pretty hot and my wife made me sleep on the couch for not telling her it was that hot. If you are looking for some spicy authentic Thai food this would be a great place to visit ! I ordered the Khao Kluk Kapi Fried Rice - and boy did it deliver ! At first I was a little hesitant about how strong the jasmine rice smelled with the shrimp paste but TRUST and go ahead and mix everything - the slivers of green mango ( especially welcome as a summer side) the egg, the beans, the chili and the shallots and the pork. We ordered to pick up (social distancing). Very friendly staff on the phone, and ordering was super easy. We got the spring rolls, pad thai, panang curry, and pineapple fried rice. All were SUPER fresh and delicious. I asked for 5/10 spicy on the pad Thai and curry and they were pretty hot for my family members, so next time we'll probably ask for mild. Went back to Blessings Thai for another enjoyable experience. I went way out of my box this time and tried something different, as I usually only get curries. I tried the Thai curry soup, which was a noodle dish and got it at the spice level of 7. It had strong coconut milk flavor in the broth, with a good amount of heat, garnished with red onion, cilantro and chow mein sticks. Presentation was on point. (See my picture) There was a decent amount of chicken, but the dish did need more noodles, as I polished them off and had lots of broth left to drink up. My husband got beef sukiyaki which was good, but he was expecting it to be more soupy. The flavor was great and the rice noodles matched it well; however there was a lot of cabbage and could have been more variety with the veggies of the dish. Service was okay, we waited a bit for our water refill. This was peak dinner time on Saturday night (530-630) so they were fairly full at the time. They did give us the spice tray (sugar, peanut crumbs, samba, and dry spices) without us asking which was nice. Prices and portions at this place are very reasonable for a great Thai meal for $10. read more

Having lived in Thailand for two years I have some experience with Thai food. When the Thai House was open it was one of the best of its kind in the country. After it closed Blessing moved into that category. Like the US, all Thai food is regional. Blessing services food from Northern Thailand on the border with Burma and there is a Burmese influence in their offerings. Everything I have ever ordered has been outstanding. Always hoping to find a really GOOD Thai place in Lincoln. Tried this place on a chilly Friday hoping this might finally be the one.. Nope, when we walked in we sould have turned around and left. The place is not very inspiring or inviting which translates to not a good dining experience. We had to eat in our jackets since it was so cold. They must have had the heat off to save money. The food was just so-so then you count in the poor atmosphere, I would suggest not wasting your time and money. In the meantime the hunt for good Thai food continues in Lincoln. read more

It came out great, I'm a little bias as my significant other's father is Laotian and works at a family restaurant himself, but I do recommend this Thai place when you're in Lincoln Nebraska. Food time was very fast and the waiter was very friendly, however, we believe that we received unfiltered tap water due to the residue shown in the clear glass cup. I love Pad See Ew. I've had it at every restaurant in Omaha and Lincoln. This is the best. Hands down, no contest. Get it spicy. Service is informal but that's how I like it. Don't go during the hottest parts of the day, though. I think their AC might be struggling a lot and I had to peel my legs off of the booth when we were leaving. Absolutely no other flavor and very little spice in the dish at all. All the dishes severed to other looked wonderful and the egg rolls were delicious. Authentic Thai food in Lincoln Nebraska. The place just opened so they're still not really kitted out yet. The menu is authentic though. My wife ordered a Thai papaya salad and a red tilapia with the chili sauce on the side. Those are just a couple of the many traditional Thai dishes available. I didn't have a lot of time to really get a sense of the place since I was just picking up food for my wife, she's Thai, on my lunch break but I'll be back to try more and will form a more complete opinion then. This place is authentic, but not too authentic that they can't accommodate certain dietary restrictions (within reason). The pad thai was good, and exactly as spicy as I asked - level 6 of 10. It could have used a little more of the requested protein, and maybe some additional sprouts and crushed peanuts, but I think that's more due to the large portion size. One $10 noodle dish, with a (charged) side of rice, would be enough for two people. read more
