This might have been my husband's favorite dish for our whole trip! Our main dishes were a generous portion of tagliatelle with duck and mushroom covered in a port reduction, and my husband had the black pudding with country vegetables, and a carrot puree. We were so stuffed, nonetheless, we managed to finish this off as well as a vegan chocolate and raspberry cake. I had a nice hot mint tea to help with the digestion of all this rich food.
