From a total bathroom gutting, to replacing an entire staircase to a loft, Jay Maine & his team were present, hard-working, neat & thorough during the entire process and offered creative options for design flow, flooring choices & barn-board design. The resulting kitchen, bath & living areas are beautiful & sunny with the now open floor design. We were told by Charlie the new owner it's our problem. Our contractor installed them and couldn't believe the damage. Very very very dissatisfied with Design West I would not recommend to anyone.
