For instance, if I wanted a back splash to match my countertop, I had to go to a different store, The moment I walked into Tile Craft, I knew I walked into the right place. Peter at Tile Craft asked if he could help me and for the first time, someone actually did. He helped me choose the countertops and showed me what backsplashes would work. I took samples home to be sure I was making the right decision. Bill visited our home to measure and go over the different options for replacing our countertops and sink. He was able to provide me with a quote that day which outlined the work that would be done. We were able to visit the showroom that weekend as they have convenient hours on Saturday. We were impressed by the number of slabs they had available in the showroom for us to look at. We instantly fell in love with one pattern of granite and Bill and crew worked with us to ensure that we received that specific slab and scheduled our installation. The day of, the two men (I feel terrible that I can't remember their names) were amazing! They were so friendly, walked us through the installation process and cleaned up along the way so my house wasn't covered in dust. In addition to the fabulous countertops, we received a large, high quality sink that put our last sink to shame. They also gave us the sink protector grates, a basket drain and a 'hot plate' from the remaining granite. We were not expecting these bonuses and are so happy with them! In addition they had the forethought to put a piece of wood above our dishwasher so that it could be properly secured into place again. I highly recommend Countertops by Superior! They were great to work with and worth the money.

The first thing they did was lay down tarps everywhere, cover all the cabinets and began their magic. 2 hours later the crack is gone, all chips are repaired and the uneven seam is flat. Then they polished and resealed all along the backsplash. Absolutely beautiful. At the same time they are busy on the counter the other mechanic, Paul was cleaning the grout lines in our bath,foyer and kitchen. We have not seen these grout lines or floors this polished since they were new. This is a team I would absolutely recommend to do your repairs.
