We had a family friend who happened to work at regency come out and install part of the flooring, we had purchased that product previously from another company which was considerably cheaper after getting a quote quote both companies. However really wanting to keep my business local I came into the store to purchase the remaining flooing while looking at samples i was approaced by one of the owners who refused to sell me any products. Stating that it was not worth his time, he doesn't work for free, and that he was just too busy. After explaining to him that I was there to pick out about 1000 square feet of flooring he just laughed at me. He then walked out and told the two ladies who were standing there watching my humiliation "not to bother with that". I was absolutely shocked as I have never been treated that way by anyone. I will however give credit where it is due the installers are fantastic and the ladies in the store are great. Just don't expect the owner to offer great service. Hopefully if you do go there he will at least treat you like a human being.
