Once again lumpy and textured application

So walked in and it's a very basic salon. No frills and glamour.... dark lighting. There were 3 estheticians working. Asked for a basic pedicure and full set with regular polish. Being that the other two estheticians there had their own clients, unfortunately the entire process took just about 3 hours. I had to point out residue the nail polish brush was leaving on my nails multiple times. The topcoat used was extremely thick but I was told it was a quick dry. Again...... 3 hours and my nails still weren't completely dry. I'm not sure if it was due to the thickness of the top coat but The paint started to bubble a bit and honestly didn't look great. I asked to come in the following day to have it change, she agreed and said to call first. Next day, I call to make sure she was in and made a 3 pm appointment. I walked in and she had a client. Had to remind her who I was from the previous day and she claims "I didn't call" to which I did and spoke to a male colleague who informed me she was working today. Her colleague took care of me. Tried to give me a hard time about changing the color but I didn't want to risk the same bubble situation from the previous day( just in case the door was the culprit). While her coworker did a better job, I'm still unsatisfied with the turn out. A manicure should look cleaner than this.

Love this nail salon!! I've went 3 times and without an appointment and they take me every time, I've recommending them to all my friends because we have been searching for a good salon that does a good full set and they're pretty good at it. Definitely give it a try love my ombré nails I got exactly what I asked for thank you Jessica!! And the guy who did my pedicure was awesome great conversation we didn't stop talking about game of thrones and other shows we like LOL, that's always a plus when the techs make you feel comfortable. Love this place definitely gonna keep coming prices are great too.

This is the nail shop I have been coming to since I moved to Georgia. I found it through yelp. Terry is a good technician who listens to what it is you want and aims to please. She greets me with a warm smile. I have not had to wait not once since I have been going there. They take their time with providing care for you as well as great conversation about any and everything. The only thing I believe they lack is a bit of professionalism. Some times when I come I see some technicians on their phones and doing their own nails. I don't see anything wrong with it during pass time but I think it should be done in the back. Sanitation wise they may be able to use a little help as well. They usually have a few scrub brushes waiting by the sink for you to use when cleaning your nails and hands but the problem is its unsanitary for everyone to use the same one. Usually most nail shops I have been to usually had a clean bin and a dirty bin so you know or at least can hope you know weather or not the one you're using is clean. Over all I give them a 4 and I'd say go check them out.

This place was really clean, and the people here were so nice, but his has got to be one of the worst acrylic shellac manicures I've ever had. The shape is uneven and not consistent throughout, and one of my nails is completely lopsided. The color wasn't carried evenly so I can see the dull acrylic nail underneath. The gel was applied sloppily so combined with the unevenness my nails just look like a goupy mess...I wanted to like this place but I really wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Happy Valentine's Day to all the lovers out there! I had to show my holiday spirit so I stopped by Perfect 10 to get these pretty heart-shaped nails in red! I was nervous they wouldn't come out how I imagined but I trusted the work of the techs and I love them! Jessica was my tech this visit and she was great. I rarely ask for a specific tech though because I enjoy them all!

Jessica is the best ever. I have been going to her for over a year now. I don't trust anyone else to do my nails or brows!

I've been going to Jessica for over a year. She always takes her time and is very meticulous. When I go to Perfect 10 I usually get my brows threaded and SNS. I will not go to anyone else for either of those services, even though I have to drive over 20 minutes to get to their location. I highly recommend Jessica at Perfect 10 Nail Salon.

Definitely one of my favorite nail salons. They took me in when I was in a pinch and needed my nails taken off and done. I do believe better precautions could be taken but overall customer service is always impeccable. The staff make sure you like your service and make sure they have you in & out. I usually get the deluxe pedicure service which comes with back massage chair, foot bath, scrub, hot towel & massage. They also have a great SNS service as well. read more

I have been going to see Jessica for several years. The atmosphere, customer service and service is always on point. My nails and feet are always to perfection. Love this nail salon!! I've went 3 times and without an appointment and they take me every time, I've recommending them to all my friends because we have been searching for a good salon that does a good full set and they're pretty good at it. Okay first off getting my nails done is not really my thing but coming here with my friend was a great idea. We came here to get her nails done and she convinced me to get a pedi while waiting. Jessica was extremely sweet and caring of us when it came to making sure everything was done well and to our satisfaction. I highly recommend coming here to get your nails done. The prices are worthy of the services you receive and the services are great. I will be coming back next time and will be looking forward to having the same experience. I wish I could do a 4 1/2 as that would be more accurate. I had a dentist appointment and this was the nearest salon that opened early (9am on Friday). I literally just spent two hours here! Not waiting, but a full two hours of service! Man did they do a good job! If you're in a rush this might not be the place for you. This is more of a "I've got time, pamper me" place! Color selection: The color selection for SNS was super limited!! Like maybe 10 colors and at least 5 looked like one another. They stared not a lot of people request SNS, but at least 3 people came in during my service asking for it. For this reason I won't return. Why I'd deduct a star? The plastic covering!!! I absolutely HAVE to have that covering in my pedicure tub. They don't use it which slightly grosses me out! Between this and the color selection I won't return to this establishment, but it could definitely work well for someone else! Staff: Very nice, I didn't experience the infamous 'speaking in their language after you ask them to do something' so that's a plus! Verdict: If you have time, like gel or regular polish and don't mind a pedicure bowl that's not lined then go for it! read more

I usually go to my preferred shop but i was in the area and thought i could walk in . However, they could be better with filing, shaping and colors. They did not have a lot of selection of colors i wanted . Also, it was not clean, i cannot stand nail shops that does not have a clean, tidy station Def wont come back read more

This was my first time here...I'm always looking for a good nail spot that I'm really satisfied with, and I think I've found it. I have felt this way before and it seems like when I've found a place that I was satisfied with, the services started dwindling down each time I went. I am very hopeful that it doesn't happen here. Lyn did an excellent job with my pedicure and gel mani. I will definitely be back to see her. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because there isn't a large selection of gel colors, especially ones that are a perfect match with regular colors. read more

I've been coming here for years and I've tried many places in between.....only to come back here again and again. The price here is great and the service is great. They don't skip on service or the time they spend with you, which is why I always return. I've never left here and left like I overpaid or didn't get my monies worth. read more

I have been a regular here for over five years. The last few times have been HORRIBLE. Nails (acrylic with gel) are chipping within the first week of getting them done. Nails are uneven, incorrect shape, and super thick. This is not typical with this salon, but is becoming the new normal. Staff is rushing you in and out. I will not be back, as I had to go home and reshape my nails entirely and my toe is infected from the pedicure. AWFUL!! read more

Excellent service . Lynn did a great job and I didn't feel pressured into paying for 50$ worth of stuff . It's very reasonably priced especially for the work done. I've been here a few times and each time everyone is so nice and helpful. They have a amazing selection of colors and gels. They don't force anything on you, what you want is what you get. One time I went to another place at 7:30 with a friend and they said they could not take me, I went here and they assured me it was fine and even stayed until almost 9 take care of us. They don't have a lot of business right now (maybe because of the 4 other salons in the area) so they have never made me wait. I enjoy going and plan to continue. read more

This is my 2nd time at this salon and both times have been AMAZING! I got a gel manicure the first visit but this time I got the gel manicure and pedicure. Jessica was awesome and extremely friendly. Our appointment ran a little long and her next client came in. Jessica never rushed and she still took her time. Still making me feel like her main focus although her next client came in. Don't go here and spend your money on poorly polished nails and poorly equipped techs. The salon is old, run down, and the desks are old and don't feel welcoming. The water for my pedicure was ice cold. Asked to turn up the heat and I got a glare. The tech had to redo my nails 3 times and finally I said screw this and left. Half my nails aren't even cured (I got the gel manicure), none of my nails are even. Couldn't even get a color match from a picture because their color choices are so limited. This place sucks and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. If there was a way to get my money back, I would. I will never come back here again. read more

I went for the very first time to get tips/builder gel on my nails. Firstly, I requested Vee for my appt (as she had really good reviews and others had used her for their short nail beds like I have). I was told Jenn was the one who would be doing my nails today. I picked a neutral color for builder, but Jenn made said the pink was better. I said I still wanted neutral and then she said the pink one would last longer and was better. I don't have experience, so even after saying I wanted neutral I just went along with it after she started doing the pink. After multiple times through the process of telling her it was too pink, she finally did a neutral color on top of the pink builder gel. Secondly, I told her from the tips step all the way through the polish that two nails of my nails were flicking up. I expressed that this didn't look right multiple times and asked her if there is a way to fix it. She kept adding layers and layers (4X) of builder. I told her from the beginning that the top was not laying flat. She ignored me. Thirdly, one nail is going a different direction than my finger. I told her multiple times if she could file it so that it goes straight with my finger and she didn't. Fourth, the builder gel didn't even go down to the end of my nail bed on a couple nails and the nail looks crooked. Lastly, multiple nails have flecks of "debris" in them because she did not wipe off between steps. And none of my real nails underneath were even cleaned before starting this whole process. I had gardened earlier in the week and there is still dirt under all my nails. This was my first experience and I went with my daughter for a girls day. I left very unhappy with my first nail experience and very sad with what I'm now stuck with. I'm writing this from the car, in the parking lot, because I'm so upset by this experience.

No prices listed they don't tell you it will be more. I kept saying and This is the second time they've done the bate and switch. I. plan to file a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General they need to have their license revoked. They seem to forget I can go to any of the others FIVE salons within two minutes of their location. I will let everyone I know how I've been treated today and tell them to stay away from this business.

Went first time almost three weeks ago and it was fine ladies were all pretty friendly . Got SNS nails for the first time by Terry or Kerry was her name . My sister got her nails done by another lady and it was done very poorly but super friendly so we said we would go back a second time to give it a try . Well I went today again. I checked my phone before driving all the way to the nail salon and per there Google search listing the close at 8 pm and I showed up and the doors say they close at 8 pm. I walked in at 7:10 and the same lady that did my nails turned the sign off. So I ofcourse start to ask questions as I am asking questions she is legit walking out the door Ignoring my question trying to like run from me ! Legit the worst customer service I was in complete shock . Inside another lady was doing nails and she said come back tomorrow we closed so I pointed at the sign and she said we don't have time to do you nails before even asking what I needed. I'm not expert but I don't think it's takes more than 50 minutes to remove SNS nails which is what I was going for . I am not one to write reviews but this time both ladies customer service really thru me off. I'll be taking my business elsewhere read more

I am very picky when it comes to my nails. I typically get my nails done in buckhead but I work in snellville and didn't have time to go to my usual place. Lin worked on my nails and they turned out great. She did things differently than I'm used to but she was very patient with me and did my nails to how I like them done.
