But everything after that became an absolute nightmare. The nail art and French tip services were nothing short of unacceptable. I asked for a simple French tip with a design, and what I received was so poorly done that it had to be redone over five times--on both my toes and my nails. Five times. Not because I was being picky, but because the work was visibly uneven, sloppy, and nowhere near the basic standard of a professional nail salon. I wanted to leave multiple times, but the staff insisted they could "fix it," only to make the same mistakes over and over again. Instead of feeling pampered, I felt trapped--stuck in a chair for far too long, watching my nails look worse with every attempt. By the end, I was physically and mentally exhausted from the experience. And then to be charged over $130 for nails that genuinely look like I did them myself at home? Completely unacceptable. I walked out feeling embarrassed, angry, and honestly, betrayed for putting my trust--and my money--into this business. I regret staying, I regret paying, and I regret giving them the benefit of the doubt. I will never return, and I sincerely hope no one else has to go through what I did. This experience was infuriating, disappointing, and absolutely not reflective of what a professional nail salon should be.

She got upset, and refused to finish cutting and shaping my nails. The manager told me I need to wait for someone else to become available with no apology or attempt to make the situation right. Thankfully, Kim took over and was kind, professional, and even offered me a complimentary wax for my birthday. She's the only reason I stayed and left a tip.
